Two words: BEYOND HORRIBLE. I don't know who came up with the model that Finish Line uses, but it really needs some revamping. I was in here for 10 minutes, and I could barely move. It has the "FYE" layout to where one can barely move through the establishment!! Second: CAN I GET SOME HELP HERE?! With all of the people in here, it seemed that some people frequently spent lots of money here, and it seems all they wanted to do was help those individuals. Third: Please open up the floor a little more. There was WAY too much merchandise on racks in the middle of the floor. read more

I needed a few pieces quickly for a business meeting and found what I needed with some extra options to choose from. Plenty of different pieces ranging from super casual to sportswear and even a bit of boutique fashion! I picked up one of each after a quick try-on in the fitting room. The men's section was equally stocked, there's plenty for kids and babies although not nearly the floor space as women/men's retail. The only age range less represented was likely teen, but certainly young adult type options they could make work. I wish I had had more time to explore those clearance racks - the hoodies are perfect for upcoming cool weather football games. Staff was friendly, available, and even helped me as an out-of-towner find my next errand location once I made my purchase. I will gladly come back to Alumni Hall Bowling Green for my next WKU purchases - homecoming is soon! - and recommend that friends and family stop by while in town, too.

There were two workers and of course, the one helping us was slow and she was found sitting on the job. Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. Give yourself several hours due to the slow service, and this is also for when picking up after alterations are done.
