She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. There were two workers and of course, the one helping us was slow and she was found sitting on the job. Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. Give yourself several hours due to the slow service, and this is also for when picking up after alterations are done.
