Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.
