There were multiple people complaining about numerous things. The cashier wasn't very nice at all. They was told to put the old tires back in the vehicle just for them to keep them and charge me for it. They did a great job on putting the tires on and balancing, etc... I just wish it would've been a better experience. My whole day was wasted for their mistake and they didn't even seem to care that they messed up.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Stanley Knight in the mens suit department. I've purchased a couple from him in the past and he has always made sure they fit properly. On my last experience of purchasing a new suit he went above and beyond by far of what you'd expect unless you were dealing with the owner of a small business. It did not come with a packing slip so the girl put in his charge card and then gave us a refund for the shirt. My husband tried to order it again and again got a medium. I went all the way over there today and the girl behind the desk was training another girl and she told me she needed to know the SKU for the shirt he originally ordered because the computer wouldn't let her give a refund. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.
