The reason it was late was the customer rep at BGHF did not answer the manufacturer's question about the material for 2 throw pillows. The reason I know this is because I called the manufacturer who told me they emailed BG Home Furnishings within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. I called BGHF several times before I called the manufacturer. No one would call me back. One time I called, the lady said today is Saturday and this is a bad day to call about your order. I replied, is this BGHF? She said yes, I said I gave you a check for $1,000.00 and you cashed it but no one is following up on my order. We finally had to go back down to the store in person, and was told ...OH, so-n-so missed the email. They never said I am sorry. They never said we made a mistake. I had to tell them Smith Brothers was waiting on a question about throw pillows. Horrible Horrible customer service. Never say never but honestly I would rather drive to Nashville than be blatantly lied to, with no apology, AND no furniture for 3 MONTHS. Do not believe their commercials. I had to do their job and fix a problem with the manufacturer in Indiana. They would not even call me back or even look to see why the order was not completed until we went back down to the store in person with customers in the store. HORRIBLE, UNCARING customer service.

I have never been treated like this by a company and immediately felt uncomfortable and judged for nothing other than making a comment about the signs posted. I will never return and I do not suggest anyone who disagrees with their views to give them any business. It was extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
