A typical fraud of shipping a smaller size and charging for the larger size. The picture I received from my Mother's caregiver proved the product delivered. The arrangement was delivered and left on the front porch in a chair for almost 2 days before we found it. No one knocked on door, rang door bell or called to make the delivery. My Mother and caregiver said no one knocked or came to the door. I hope that your experience is better than mine. When upgrading an arrangement, it maybe best to confirm what's delivered since you don't see what you bought.
