I would not have purchased if I knew they wouldn't refund my money. I wouldn't care if I would have been told because I love to shop but I don't like to be blind sited. I was told by a couple people that they would not shop there. Guess I should have listened.

I was very anxious about prom dress shopping for my daughter. I emailed ahead of time and was put…read moreat ease, so we make the hour and 45 minute drive. It was not what I expected after the email communication. The employee helping us didn't even speak to my daughter. She showed us their selection in our size and left us to our own other than putting the dresses up when they didn't work. Another customer came in and was immediately greeted with more enthusiasm and personal attention. My daughter has Down syndrome but she expected and deserved the same attention and experience as any other customer. I left the store and cried outside the car while calling another shop to see what other options we had. My daughter found her perfect dress at a much better shop that showed she was valued and appreciated as a customer. Selection was nice, that's about it.
