It was not what I expected after the email communication. The employee helping us didn't even speak to my daughter. She showed us their selection in our size and left us to our own other than putting the dresses up when they didn't work. Another customer came in and was immediately greeted with more enthusiasm and personal attention. My daughter has Down syndrome but she expected and deserved the same attention and experience as any other customer. I left the store and cried outside the car while calling another shop to see what other options we had. My daughter found her perfect dress at a much better shop that showed she was valued and appreciated as a customer. Selection was nice, that's about it.

Nick wears a size 14, and I wear a size 10. Shopping for shoes is not easy for us. This place has an excellent selection for people with larger feet. The store carries mostly adult shoes. Shoe styles and brands range from Fyre to Nine West and Cole Hann. You can find boots, heels, dress shoes, summer styles and tennis shoes. There are also some women's clothing in the store. My only issue with not giving this place 5 stars is that the prices are still a little high for used or discounted shoes. While the shoes are in excellent condition, it is still a little bit on the pricier side.

I needed a few pieces quickly for a business meeting and found what I needed with some extra options to choose from. Plenty of different pieces ranging from super casual to sportswear and even a bit of boutique fashion! I picked up one of each after a quick try-on in the fitting room. The men's section was equally stocked, there's plenty for kids and babies although not nearly the floor space as women/men's retail. The only age range less represented was likely teen, but certainly young adult type options they could make work. I wish I had had more time to explore those clearance racks - the hoodies are perfect for upcoming cool weather football games. Staff was friendly, available, and even helped me as an out-of-towner find my next errand location once I made my purchase.
