The man greeted me and then I walked to the left and he said he could tell me about the specials and I said "thank you" and continued to walk as I couldn't get close and I was in pain in my eyes, ears, my whole head. He smarts off and says "well ok then" with a smart tone and a huff. Very childish. I walked around, saw how everything was mostly Chinese junk and left. They keep shipping broken 60" mirrors in boxes with no protection! This is the 5th time I have been on the phone with them for over an hour each time. All they offer is "store credit" lol. If they can't fix their mistake. They won't me to come back and make another purchase with in store credit yet they can't fulfill the order I gave placed. Weeks ago!! Wow folks the lies keep coming. Bed bath & Beyond customer service is a freaking joke. First I'm unreasonable because I have expectations that they should hold up their end of the deal.
