First time in Franklin and it won't be the last ! Such a cute market. Prices are good and selection is fabulous! Service was helpful and enlightening! I did not know about the fork in the road! We found lots of buys and then went to lunch a few doors down at Mill Hpuse Cafe. Another gem! I highly recommend both ! read more

History

Established in 2015.

Mustard Seed Market is a mother-daughter owned business that began after Tammie (daughter) visited a shop in middle Tennessee that featured items made by different people. The atmosphere in the shop was a great experience. Tammie shared the experience with her mom, Ann, and commented that she wished there was something like that in our town. Ann immediately responded with, "Let's open one!" So, seven weeks later, they did! Since the opening in 2015, Mustard Seed Market has purchased and renovated a building which doubled the square footage of sales space. The Market is a vendor space market and features 32 small businesses sharing the space and bringing great new, handmade and vintage items to Downtown Franklin Kentucky!

If I had been in my right mind at the time, I would have taken some pictures to post here. Naturally, I wasn't. We got to know the owners and others who work at the shop, and they were all very nice, caring people.
