We are fist time buyers and purchased a used (1 year-old) travel trailer. My advice with regards to Camping World is "buyer beware". I purchased this "as-is" after a supposedly thorough walk through. Well, they missed a few things and misled us on a few others (like whether the cabling for the television works and how many gray water tanks are in the thing). I recognize that I'm at fault for not coming in with a full list of things to check (get one from the many RV message boards online). But, I was hoping that buying from a national chain would help me avoid issues like those I've encountered. On a service front, I did bring my trailer back for a window repair. It was a two week wait from my call until my appointed drop-off date (which I incorrectly assumed was the repair date). Two weeks later, I called to check on the status of the trailer and was told Camping World did not do glass repair. So, four weeks after my initial call I was back to square one; left to find some place that can resolve the issue. All of this brings me back to my original recommendation - buyer beware. If you're a first-time buyer you should probably go somewhere that is better prepared to help you throughout the buying process; from purchase to initial use. If you're confident in your knowledge then this may be a good place to buy but you should know exactly how all systems work and test them thoroughly. Service issues should be approached with caution and followed diligently. read more

Our Sales person was very nice. We bought our travel trailer in Feb 2018. Scrambled to find a close storage place which is a monthly fee. After using the trailer a few times, as requested we submitted a warranty list of repairs needed. Dropped off the trailer for these repairs in June and Camping World still has it in Dec.. We keep calling and emailing with no response. We have requested to take it out 3 times during this time frame and they are very accommodating saying for us to bring it back to continue the warranty service repairs. (???) It was also damaged in their lot as we noted upon one of the times of use and we reported it right away. We continue to pay for our storage lot while our trailer sits at Camping World. Do not recommend this place because of the service after the sale! read more

This company is terrible at customer service. We return our camper for warranty work and it is always with them for over a month. They do not call and update us on the progress, we always have to follow up with them, and when we do call it usually takes 3-5 days for them to return the call. We have had multiple intermittent issues on parts covered by warranty and if they have not been able to troubleshoot. In fact, in one case they charged us for investigating a problem they could not fix; a problem covered by the warranty we had to pay for them not to fix it. We have had service on the same parts repeatedly with no resolution. They have no customer satisfaction concerns at all. We find them unreasonable and regret we ever purchased an RV from them and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm currently in the market of possibly upgrading our 2016 THOR Tuscany XTE. We purchased our previous RV from Camping World - Raleigh, NC. Our sales rep at that time was John Wayne. He was accommodating and professional. Because of our last experience with sales, John Wayne, finance, Anthony Davis and service tech, Paul Blevins we are returning to check out a longer and newer model. Anthony Davis and Paul Blevins are still with Camping World, Raleigh, NC. Anthony is excellent to work with when it comes to financing and extended maintenance. He will work hard to try and please you. Anthony is always professional, timely and efficient when we need him. When we chose Camping World, it was because of the professionalism of these guys. They work hard to provide quality input and output. We will continue to be customers because of Anthony, and Paul. I will give Camping World of Raleigh 4 stars because of my experience with these guys. read more

I just got my RV serviced here at Camping World of Garner/Raleigh NC. I do not recommend the service department. They told me by phone they could service my horse trailer. Well when I arrived they went to humming and moaning. I told them I drove 1.5 hours to bring it here. They decided to go ahead and service it. Service manage said he could do it. I needed a leak fixed on top above the living quarters, needed a good washing, refrigerator needed to be looked at because it's not cooling and gas is not getting to it, axles needed to be packed with grease, and decals removed off the sides. Well as the week went on, I got a call from Leslie, refrigerator needed a part, cheaper to be replaced, but will take a week or so to get one, the leak was a question for me on how I wanted them to fix it. (?). Really. ?? How do you normally fix leaks. Then I get a phone call do you still want it washed?? Yes. Of course it is raining the day she called me. I asked have the packed the bearings?? No, but she will get them to do it, oh and it will be $284. Ok, that's fine. Still not sure if they got the hot water heater working. Never told about that. Guess I will find out later. So I called another RV center close by in reference to repair of roof leaks, they stated they usually use caulk or if it's to bad the strip and re seal it. My trailer had a top coat on it and had a crack around the edging. I looked when I got home and caulked it myself. Not sure why they could not handle this. Crazy. So when I arrive to pick it up when Leslie calls me it's ready. The trailer has not been washed. The tires does not look like they have been removed. Looks like they checked the air in the tires by the finger prints. Another customer was there looking with me. He agreed. Did not look like it had been touched. Leslie got them to pull back around and wash it before I left. The service manager came out to the desk and was very sh&ty attitude and threw 4 rings up on the desk and showed me a 3/4 empty grease can and stated "this is your rings and the grease we used ". No other words, did not address me by name, no sorry for not having it ready, nothing. Another customer that was standing there stated, Yea he is a Dick, he had treated me like sh$t before too. He don't like me no more either". So obviously this guy has a problem with customer service and how to deal with customers. Needles to say, I WONT BE BACK AND DONT RECOMMEND CAMPING WORLD IN RALEIGH!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,POOR COMMUNICATION. OH YEA $1, 043 for a wash, gas to refrigerator is working. But that's all I can say I got for my money. Rest was just outrageous labor. And is 4 rings he threw on the counter, I got charged for 2??? So now is it 4 or 2 he supposedly replaced. I scheduled my 5th wheel for a 45pt inspection with your store. I towed it down there and spoke with Mike in the rear of the store and was told that they would give me call when the inspection was done. I was told that they would look over the fifth wheel and let me know what it was going to need to tow it across the United States to Oregon. My wife was called after I left the fifth wheel there and she was told that your service dept told me to leave it unlocked. If that had been the case, I would have immediately left a key for the fifth wheel with service. I received the call that I had accidentally left the unit locked 2 full days after i dropped the unit off. I made a trip back out to bring the key. When pulling into your parking lot there was a pot hole deep enough to completely jar the left side of my car and cause the bottom of my car to impact the ground. Once inside the building I asked to speak with the manager. When the manager came to the front of the store i explained that I had come with the key to the unit and I had possibly damaged my car coming into your lot. The response was... "The construction guys did that." I said I wasnt concerned with who caused the hole but i may have sustained damage to my car. The response from the manager.."Sorry to hear that". I wasnt sure what else to say. At that point I realized that you were not going to take ANY responsibility for any damage that may have been caused. During our conversation your service guy came forward and said, hey, I need the key to your unit (fifth Wheel) which i then gave to him. On the way out of the lot, I moved an orange cone into the hole to possibly save another person from damaging their car while coming to spend money at your establishment. Your service guy told me that the roof needed to be completely recoated and resealed. To the point that all of the hardware on the top of the unit would have to come off so all of the sealant could be replaced. The estimate for what I was told that I NEEDED was going to be in the ballpark of 1800.00 and up. With an explanation of what needed to be done, the sealing and painting of the top was something I could do at home over the course of a few days. At 120+ dollars an hour, I was ready to do it myself. That doesnt negate the fact that i still needed the inspection done properly. A couple days later I receive a call that the fifth wheel was ready. Now lets talk about what 368.12 dollars got me for my trouble. First, my 2019 Honda Civic Type R now requires a front end alignment because of the damage caused at the entrance of your lot. Something you obviously dont care about. I received a call a couple of days later from service explaining to me that the unit was good to go and the only thing that you could see that was going to need replaced or fixed in order to make this thing camp ready, was a new water pump needed to be installed. I came down to your lot to get the fifth wheel because you told me it was ready. Knowing the top needed work and sealant, I shopped around for a better price. Upon doing so, I met a professional that used to work at your store. This person claims they are responsible for setting up your 45pt inspection. We took the checklist and went over everything on it AFTER you supposedly did your job. Whoever does your inspections, needs to be fired. The hot water heater had the sediment plug removed and wasnt even tested. The refrigerator hadnt been plugged in or tested, the fan in the bathroom had a fuse burnt out, the skylight was cracked, several of the latches on the doors were broken, the water pump was functioning properly and i didnt need to buy one. The reason the water was intermittent in the sink was due to the water line sucking air and leaking while trying to be run. Among a whole list of other things that had to be fixed. We bought the unit used and it was our first fifth wheel and your techs couldnt even tell us that there was poop in the tank. Something as simple as checking the holding tanks for leaks or anything else wasnt performed. I think that after I told the manager about the damage to my car, that you retaliated and did nothing to my unit except tell me i needed a water pump which I did not need. I am a disabled Retired United States Marine and I wanted to give you the courtesy of emailing you and let you know that if this is how you treat your customers, I am going to make sure the entire State knows how unprofessional and money hungry your store is. You took complete advantage of us and your care free attitude cost me over 500.00.......... From the damage to my car to the guy turning my water on and off and tucking my fifth wheel in the back corner to wait for me to come and get it. The Garner North Carolina location has install technicians in their service department that have no clue how to install items they sell. I took my 2018 Ram there to have a B&W gooseneck hitch and in bed 7 pin wiring installed. First of all the gooseneck hitch looks as if a blind folded person installed it. Not even close to being a professional install. Second they installed the in bed wiring to the wheel well so if you attempt to load anything in the floor area between the wheel wells you are most likely going to break the plug. Now I have to take my truck somewhere else to get the spray in bed liner repaired where it was damaged installing the gooseneck hitch. Also forget trying to relocate the wiring kit as it would leave a two inch hole in my wheel well. Very crappy install by an untrained bunch of workers. I recently purchased a travel trailer from this store. Here is an email correspondence with the GM after i signed across the dotted line and my money was theirs..... "Hello. My name is (censored) and I'm the General Manager at Camping World of Raleigh. I want to thank you for your recent purchase. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase experience. If not, please feel free to send me an email. And if you are, please refer a friend and we will give you a $100 store gift card. Thanks again!" "I am not at all satisfied. The sales department was great. Went above and beyond to find me a great price but at the same time I feel that once the money was transferred to you guys I just became another number on your sales notch. From here, service went to sh*t. You made my mother and I wait for almost 5 1/2 hours to do the work your service department was suppose to complete in between the 2 days they had before we came for our walk through. The vent covers sat there for hours before I notified someone at the sales department about them just sitting there. Not to mention that I had to drive to FAYETTEVILLE to get my 3rd and final vent cover. I found cracked/partially filled caulking on my roof that I had to patch up, my hot water heater drain plug was cross threaded, my porch light was melted and shorted out. It's disturbing to have just spend 33,000k on something BRAND NEW to be offered a measly 200 gift card. I spend more and time, energy, and gas money on something you're establishment was suppose to have taken care of. Why would a customer need to repair/refurbish items on a brand new camper?" I received no response from this store GM. I transferred to the west coast with said travel trailer. I had to drive 4 hours round trip to camping world on the west coast from my camping spot for them to complete the 15+ line items of things that were to be fixed that camping world of raleigh did not! I cannot stay quiet, I cannot raise my daughter in a world where a well-known national company can attempt to take $10,000 of someone's money. We decided to purchase an RV and went to Camping World aka Freedom Roads. After a quick day of looking, getting pricing and we decided to purchase a unit. We left $2,600.00 deposit on a camper and after being rushed through signing paperwork with no real explanation, we set a date to return to pick it up. After getting home and reviewing all the information, we noticed a vast amount of discrepancies. We requested in writing and verbally for them to simply just fix the mistakes, email us the revised contract and we would be good to go. Each time we spoke to a representative from Camping World / Freedom Roads, we were told they were looking into it and would get back to us. 2 1/2 months later, Camping world still has our deposit, as they refuse to give it back, they still have the RV, and they have the money from the finance company. They Charged us for an extended warranty which we requested they cancel, they have not, they charged us for additional items they told us were included. It was a simple request, fix the problem with the contracts so we can continue to do business or return the deposit. We cannot go into further detail because of a pending lawsuit. Camping world needs to be exposed for what they do to people. Just read their reviews. Buyer Beware: We went to this site to buy a RV with a trade-in.drove from Va. I spent two days cleaning my trade-in a 2017 Fun Finder. We checked tanks to make use they were clean and cleaned the inside of the trailer. When they showed the RV at their site there were issues that we thought needed to be corrected. We asked for new tires which they gave us , but the Rv was very dirty. When they reviewed our trailer, we were told what they would give us was lowered then first offered. We knew there may a few issues as we had used it about 10-12 times since we bought it, however some of thing were minor and we could have corrected ourselves if we had been allowed. Our trailer was under a trailer cover during storage, but they said there were problems with the roof and said it would be costly to fix. So that brought offer down which we were dissatisfied with at that time and more so when we found out what they were trying to sell it for. If you buy a used RV do not expect any repairs or cleaning unless the owner does all the work. Everything in our RV was dirty, awning smelled, storage area, carpet, fans, the tanks were nasty there were bugs in the dirty water and we had to run gallons of water to get the tanks clean. That was the most disgusting thing. When asked about the dirty fans and missing knob we were told AS IS. We have bought two other trailers in the past and we had no cleaning to do after the purchase. The most shocking was what the turnaround was. After all the issues stated there was a two-day turnaround and the outrage price they were charging. It took us several days to fix things, that we had address and were found after the time of viewing. I understand it was As is, but these would have been easy fixes. The RV seemed to be a good deal at the time until we got home and found things that we were told worked. We bought due to it would make traveling easier and the mileage on it was good. Would not recommend them to friends or family. Lesson learned read more

WOW for service!! We went on our first road trip in our used 2009 RV, and realized we did not have running lights, as well as a headlight out. Thank goodness we found the Camping World in Raleigh. We pulled in and my Husband went inside to inquire, and came out with several employees that seriously jumped into action. They found the problem with the fuses and replaces the headlight in under 5 minutes. Definitely a WOW moment. The dogs and I didn't even have to get out of the RV. Thanks Guys!! read more

Camping World is very over priced and has gotten so big that there is no personal service. If you happen to stop by in the hour before closing they are locking everything up and you have to go find someone to help you. Buyer beware on the price, you can probably find it somewhere else cheaper. My only complaint would be that we came looking for a RV for two days & was never helped we even told a man that we were very interested and he just said okay and walked away. My husband & I are a younger couple so we assumed that they thought we were not serious so we walked down the office & just told them the camper we wanted. We were introduced to Joe FINALLY someone helped us he showed us other options & taught us so much! We stuck with our first choice, this time with confidence that it was the best option for our growing family! Pick up day we had to wait awhile (an hour), but Joe was there and checked in with us a few times which helped us not feel forgotten. Since we've brought our camper home my husband has tried to call camping world but no one has answered but guess what?! Joe gave us his number if we ever needed anything!! I'm so glad we were introduced to Joe he made this whole experience so much better! read more

I bought my RV there, we were asked to come in by the end of the month to help their sales out. I left work early (we lived 130 miles away). The appointment was for 530, we were not seen until 630. The manager apologized for the wait, He failed to let us know there was an issue and that is why it was delayed. As a former salesperson I let him know that communication is key in sales. If we had known we could have had dinner close by, but instead our sales person kept telling us just 5 more minutes (she was great and it was not her fault, I can bet she had no idea about the issue). The manager apologized again and compensated us with a 400 dollar in store gift card (this would be a 5 star rating) but......again communication broke down. When we left their was an issue with the toilet, it would not flush, he assured me he would call me Monday after he spoke with the technician to see if he knew the problem, if not we would set up an appointment to get it repaied. It is Thursday the 4th and still no phone call. I was able to fix it myself so now it works. The water pump also seemed to work poorly, had pressure but water was not coming out. I called Tuesday and the manager was off (Kelly) I left my name and number and asked for him to call me when he returned to work Wednesday, still no call. I found a crack at the pump strainer causing air to be sucked in instead of water. I found a new strainer on line for 13 bucks and fixed it myself and now have water pressure. After the communication debacle on Saturday you would figure he would have followed up with me, but no one did. I love the RV but am very leary with the management team. They should be the leaders, however they do not practice the important sales skills that they train their sales team on. read more

I brought a 2017 Coleman, carried it to shop the middle of January there were a few little things that needed to be done, the back door of it was bent. There were ordering parts to fix it. I would almost give them 1 star. We went in to see about getting something to stop our travel trailer from swaying. Since we didn't know what we needed for the truck / trailer combination we left it up to the salesman, Rick Mitchell. He told us about a load balancing hitch that he thought would work. I asked if that was overkill but he said no. We paid the $491.00 for the hitch that he recommended and got an appointment to have it installed. On the appointed day / time we brought the truck and trailer in. Michael Reyes was the service person. We signed the papers and Michael said that it would take about an hour. After 2 hours I went and asked him what was happening. He said that they didn't have the 2" ball and needed to go out and buy one. I told him to use the ball on the hitch I brought in. I then went over to where they have towing supplies and found a 2" ball. Another hour went by and he and his service tech came over to tell me the hitch wouldn't fit and that I'd have to go with a larger more expensive one. I said "no thanks" give me a credit. We had to find out who would give us the credit and then that person couldn't figure out how to do it. After we got the credit and talking to one of the staff he said that I didn't need something that complicated to do what I wanted but just a sway bar that retails for $62.00. I have dealt with this Service Department on MANY occasions. Most of the time it was to correct their mistakes, but my last visit will be just that, my last visit. I had to drive approximately 150 miles round trip, each time I had to take my motor home back to fix their errors. I am a Lifetime Member of the Good Sam's Club, a Camping World President's Club Member, a Combat Veteran, a Disabled Veteran and a Lifetime Member of the VFW; and the way I was treated on July 4th was not acceptable to any customer. I have endured damage caused by their Service Department when they bent my rear window trim when trying to replace my window seal, a broken valve stem and had to use my spare tire, when they were installing valve stem extensions on my dual tires, installing a Black Water Tank Flush Kit in my Grey Water Tank, expensive wrong parts replaced on my refrigerator only to have to pay another repair shop to diagnose the problem; but that had not prepared me for what happen next. I discovered that one of the valve stem extensions that they installed was defective and leaking, so I made several attempts to switch it out at other Camping World Stores during my travels, but none had the item in stock, but offered to order it for me. Finally approximately seven months later, I was passing this store again, and stopped to just switch out the defective part, an I had removed the defective part, and was willing to install the replacement part on my own, even though Camping World has a Lifetime Warranty on their installs. I went inside the store, and made contact with the Parts Department. They pulled up my purchase, which was approximately $1,800.00 that day alone. As the gentleman was attempting to locate a replacement for the approximately $4.00 item, Daniel walks up and asked him what he was doing. The gentleman and I explained the situation to Daniel, and he said that the part was out of warranty, and he was not going to replace it because it had been over six months. I tried to explain that this was the first time that I had been back by the store that they were open, and I was not asking for a refund. Daniel stated that he "Needed to look out after the interest of his store". I asked him what about the customer, and the fact that his Service Department had not checked for leaks, and inconvenienced me. Daniel stated that it was corporate policy not to replace items after a certain amount of time, which is a lie. (Camping World's Customer Satisfaction Policy" can be found at http://www.campingworld.com/help/ and states that if an item does not meet the customer's expectations, it can be returned. No time limitation specified) I asked to see a copy of the policy, and he began searching the internet to find it. I checked back with him approximately 15 minutes later, and he showed me a policy for "Unused Items", I explained that this was a defective part, and he began searching again. I asked to speak with the Store Manager, and he stated that he was the Store Manager. I then verified the Lifetime Install Policy, and asked him if I went out and put the defective part back on my motor home, and then purchased the $4.00 part, would he have a repair tech replace it free of charge, and he said yes. I said you just spent 30 minutes attempting to locate a policy that does not exist, and you are willing to have a repair tech that is doing work at a shop rate of $120.00 per hour, stop and remove a defective part, and install a $4.00 item for free, just to avoid exchanging a defective part, and he said yes. I asked him how that is looking out for the best interest of the store, but he did not answer. I again asked him who was in charge of this store, and he assured me that he was. Just then Mr. Garner, (or Gardner), came up and asked what was going on. I explained, and about a minute later, I was leaving with a replacement part, free of charge. If Daniel is the Store Manager, and the words out of his mouth is "I have to look out after the interest of my store", I would not expect any kind of customer service, or service after the sale from this location. We have owned 4 campers since 1970, my family loves camping and we will past this fun down to our grand kids. We bought the 5th wheel we have now from Camping World in Garner and I have to say it has been the worst experience buying anything. The sales department is the most unfriendly I have ever seen. Camping has always been a happy time for me and my family, but the salesman I had at Camping World in Garner NC has made our purchase time a living hell. The service department has been good so far, they just don't have time for you after you buy the camper and spend all that money. There customer service from sales to service is the worst I have ever had or seen. I would not recommend anyone buy from this place, and that's a shame because the place looks great, but beware they will bit you. read more

The customer service at this Camping World is abysmal. On several occasions we have called to ask a question, order a part, and use the dump-station. The parts department never returns phone calls, one must call back repeatedly until reaching a live person. The website says this Camping World location has a dump-station. We dropped by to use it on the way back from a trip and were told they never had a legal permit for the dump-station and as a result it was capped off and asphalted over. When we referenced the web-site info we were told they neglected to change it. We were then told to go to a competitor (two were referenced) to use their dump-station. One key benefit of Camping World and GoodSam is the use of the dump-station. With the lousy customer service and lack of a dump-station our need to shop at this Camping World is greatly diminished. I agree it is a good place to buy parts if you know what you need-they probably will not. 1st time I took a used 5th wheel camper for a new refrigerator and a new awning. Had bought knowing both had to be replaced. I guess if you take something in not bought there, it is used for training-even though I was charged for highly trained. Said they could replace refrigerator with same brand & model. When I picked it up, busy day-needed off lot asap-space limited(no joke). When I got it home & examined it-the nice oak door on the refrigerator was gone, not same brand so had to shave space bigger. Never did get all the sawdust cleaned up. It was on the floor, sofa, table, ceiling fan, even on top of the slide. The refrigerator was a really cheaper one. Awning bolts not tightened. Not sure how it stayed on to get it home. Called back to CW. Told to bring it back-another trip-another 3 hours to get it there. Said Oak fridge door had been trashed. Did replace it with a better one-then had gap down sides. 2nd Try. Took 2014 Salem in after blew tire-tore out insulation-damaged side-panels needed replacing. Kept over 3 months-said having trouble getting parts. Needed to get it home to winterize it. When I called trying to get estimated date-said they would winterize it since they had kept it so long. Lucky I checked that-did not winterize it. Just got it out to use this year. Electric switch for jack not put back on. Wires just taped back out of sight. Trim on back bottom just stuck back on-in finished. Storage doors take patience to get closed-more to lock. Reading reviews, doesn't sound like buying from there gets any better service. Really a shame to have such a nice building & so many campers for sale & only have a training crew for service. Go somewhere else. I purchased my travel trailer on a Saturday went in to pickup Thursday and they had damaged two of the panels and I was told it was like that when I purchased it. This is brand new I should have known at this point to walk away. After asking for a refund they apologized and said no problem it will be repaired just bring it back in three weeks. Called three weeks later and was told not in yet, 6 weeks later not in yet, 9 weeks went in will look in to it and call back. At 12 weeks was asked for a picture of what's damaged and to measure the panels and admitted they lost the order. After many more calls and frustration the panels were replaced 6 months after my purchase. I am currently trying to get a refund for the extended warranty because obviously that's worthless. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE in the service department! After dropping off our RV for an inspection and a few minor repairs, we had to call repeatedly to see if it was finished. Each time, the rep would say "It'll be done in a few days." Weeks and weeks went by. Eventually, I needed an important item from our camper so I stopped by to see if I could get it. They had LOST TRACK of our camper. They sent me out in the rain to search their huge lot. Then they had me drive to their other lot several miles away. After extensive searching for over an hour, they finally found our camper. About a week later, our camper repairs were finally done. The cost and extent of work "needed" was MUCH greater than we had originally discussed. When we went to pick up the camper, we waited for over 45 minutes, only to be told that they had LOST OUR KEYS. They said they would drive the camper to our home. What a disorganized mess. We are still waiting for it as I write this. read more

OK so let me start by saying Sharon, the sales lady, is super friendly. But that is the ONLY nice thing I have to say about this place. My mom purchased a 2017 brand new rv for a good 70,000 plus dollars. And it has been nothing but problems in the less than 30 days she has owned it. Firstly upon taking possession of the rv, the air ducting was not venting for the AC. My child is an epileptic and not having access to cool air put her at extreme risk! We received no apologies and a pathetic excuse that the walk through was rushed. I call bull sh $* we were literally at the dealership open to close. They had ALL day. Secondly, the Rv is now LEAKING!!!!!! When it rains the counter in the kitchen is a puddle and the walls are soaked to the point of warping. When you spend THAT MUCH ON A NEW UNIT IT SHOULD BE WORKING 110%!!!!!! Our complaints are falling on unconcerned ears. They are willing to let us sit all day at service while they look at it. But as you all will read in other reviews...we all know how good their service department is. NEVER ever waste your money here. This is a greedy unethical used car dealership type business. 0 stars!!!!! read more

If you have no choice but to have service done here make sure you request Tanner! Service here is AWFUL!! We dropped off our 3 month old 44ft 5th wheel in September of last year and just got it back today! It now has a dent in the stainless steel refrigerator door and developed more problems over its stay then it went in with. We attempted to pick it up 3 times before it even came close to being completed! The General Manager Joseph Hoey just looked me in the eye and insinuated the dent was in the fridge when it came in. We only had the camper for 2 months! He also told me they weren't responsible for the battery in our RV after they left all the lights on and drained it to the point it won't even take a charge. I have never been so insulted! Rude doesn't even describe this man. Apparently if you don't buy from them your service isn't a priority. I can tell you one thing......I will drive an hour before I ever step foot in this place again! Thank God for Tanner and a few of the technicians or I don't think we would have ever seen our camper again. read more
