A smiling, helpful employee stopped restocking temporarily to greet us and direct us to the golf section of the store. When we arrived in the golf area, Tim greeted us and helped us pick out a pair of golf shoes. Note that the men's shoes only go up to a size 13. Luckily out of the two pairs tried, one pair fit great. We then proceeded to the indoor hitting bay to test them out. We had a wonderful experience with Matt in the golf department! My son's fairly new callaway driver broke, and we had to get a replacement from Callaway. The club came back wrong and Matt caught the error and sent it back before we even knew about the issue. When we picked up the new club, Matt gave him some sample balls to try out. I only really come in here to shop in the mens area but the only trendy articles of clothing they really had was Adidas pants. They do have a lot of different colors and designs either it be thick for the winter or thinner for running or jogging. I did think it was odd however that it is October and I was not able to find but 2 Adidas hoodies... I can't tell if they are planning on changing their floor set because it was all over the place or if that is not a focus for this fall/winter season. read more

This is solely on the pick up service. We ordered a couple of items online and one item was short but there had it at this store available for pick up. Walked in and didn't see any signs for what or where to do or go. Walking around the customer service desk that was empty I for a little scanner for your online orders. So I scanned the barcode on my email and just stood there. I see no reaction to the little noise it made so continued the stand there. A gentleman did finally come up the scanner to look at the screen and walked away. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT I WAS THERE!!!! No be with you, how's your day, or I'll be right back with item. The gentleman that looked at the screen came back with a back handed it to me and said have a good day. Bam. Done. Out the door. That was it. About as un personal as it gets. Humph! read more

I came here to look for plain black compression shirts as I had checked multiple other stores in the area and had no luck. I thought surely, of all stores, Dick's has to have plain black compression shirts for workouts. I was wrong. I checked the Nike section, nope. Adidas section, nope. Under armour section, nope. I looked for an employee, couldn't find one (not the employees faults mostly, they're just understaffed likely because the store doesn't pay well.) I asked an employee who looked like a manager that was standing at the front talking to another employee, he told me what they have is on the floor so if I didn't see it, they don't have it. They are so caught up with selling you a pair of slides from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new clothing brand for $70 that they now don't even have the most basic of basics. I am so disappointed and it really is an exclamation point on why everyone is shopping online now and businesses like this will soon be extinct. read more

This place has everything for the fitness fanatic. I didn't even see everything in the store, but there was a huge golf section and water sports section, which is where I headed to. Lots of cute clothes for all types of workouts but everything in there is top quality big name brands, like Nike, Under Armour, Speedo, and more. SO, it isn't cheap! Nice store though. read more

I have literally been in their shoe DEPT for 15 min and no one in site to help. I've called the store and a male said he would send someone and it's now 20 min waiting and no help. Female just walked up and did not greet us and it's obvious we are an inconvenience. This store always give poor customer service. It's only minutes from my house, but I will start driving farther away just to get great customer service. read more

I had a complicated return/exchange for a pair of Nike football cleats that were worn only once and did not hold up very well. The store manager Kelly and associate who helped me was very helpful and understanding. After assisting me with the return they even ordered a replacement pair online and had them shipped to my home. I am glad someone turned me on to this cite because I am so frustrated with Dicks, I will never shop there again and I did most of my sport shopping there. I am in the military and I train everyday so I bought a pair of running shoes back in march ( still have the receipt) and three weeks after purchasing them the back part of the soul popped off. Thinking Dicks would be somewhat civil and professional I took them to see what they could do. After waiting 45 min and six people later someone finally asked me if I had shoe insurance, what the heck is shoe insurance. Are shoes put together so cheaply that I need insurance, beides the point I asked to speak to the manager that day and still to this day have no idea who the manager is because they had the decency to come out and tell me themselves that they were not going to help me. So because of that I will never shop there again, Absolutley no professionalism nor politness about that location. Yes, I can go to another store but I refuse to support the company because of that location. I have friends who ask where to go for sporting goods and in the past would send them there but not anymore. read more
