Our 6 foot Frazier Fir cost us only $40 when Carnation tree farm was charging us $58-$60. The Ronnei tree farm is a no BS cut what you want tree farm which made picking a tree so much easier than at Carnation tree farm. I highly recommend coming to Ronnei Tree Farm if you want to experience cutting your own tree.

They also have goats and donkeys for viewing. The prices are pretty steep. We paid $168 for our 7 foot tree. We cut it ourselves and a guy came over pronto to cart it away and bailed it for us. When we got home, I was surprised to find that it had not been shaken (although I had noticed they had a shaker) and there were lots of loose, dead needles, and a patch of mud that was really hard clean off of the lower branches. They also have a gift shop with pre-decorated wreathes and homey Christmas decorations.

We found and cut our own tree, and they squared up the base, wrapped and loaded it for us. Charming fire pit and tiny store with cider and cocoa and stands for sale inside was a nice touch. We got exactly what we wanted and decorated our tree as soon as we got home. My daughter got a Noble and ours is a Douglas fir, both with character and beautiful. Thank you Long's Tree Farm!
