My 80 year old parents called them to come and repair their system. The tech came out and charged…read more250.00 and did NOTHING except tell them is couldn't be repaired. They were quoted 22,000 for a new system. I just happened to call while this was happening and they were in the process of filling out a credit application. I called my brother who lives close by to go and see what was happening. He sent them on their way after paying the 250.00 of course. He called another company ( D & W also in Covington) who simply added freon and it works perfectly. Be warned they will take advantage of older people if given the chance !!! not to mention the service manager and owner will not even return a call.

They were able to come out the same day I called to check the AC unit…read more Edernst came in a timely fashion but unfortunately for him, he is allergic to pets so I felt bad because I knew his allergies were bothering him, especially since I had my dog with me. He checked out my unit and told me the dreadful news, that I needed another unit. He emailed a quote to repair the damages and a quote for a new unit. He did not provide pictures like other companies do but the service was great!

We been using Perfect Temp for the past 20 years and will continue to use them. When you call them, they come out immediately. A very nice young man (Ezra) was here in a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. I inquired about the cost to replace the blower motor and Ezra stated that someone would call me later that afternoon or first thing the next morning with a quote. No call back that afternoon or the next day. On the third day (late morning), I left a msg stating I was expecting a call with a quote to replace the motor. No response. This morning I called again and spoke with a lady who said she would look it up and call me right back. Eight hours later and still no call back with a quote. Obviously Perfect Temp does not want my business. The only reason I gave two stars was Ezra. His demeanor and helpfulness is totally wasted with this HVAC company.

So I made a phone call to EnergyWise Heating and A/C Monday morning and he told me they were booked up until Thursday and will try to work it in the calendar for end of that Monday before he go home , & Bam!! He showed up diagnosed a circuit board not responding as it should , did a little more checking to make sure that was the problem & put an order in for availability & got it ordered . Xcode Meanwhile the temperature has been kinda cold , but he kept us updated tracking it , when he got the part arrived he text me to installing it on Saturday and all is well ! Our A/C stopped working on a typically hot summer day. I called the main number, no answer. Chuck Patterson immediately called me back from his cell phone.
