Throughout the week I called continuously but their phones were down so I decided to email the property manager. I received an email back quickly telling me they were sorry for the inconvenience but the phones were down and they could help me through an email. I explained only a few of my concerns and NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK! At all about any of my concerns with the house that I paid for monthly! Finally I got tired of waiting on a response and about two weeks later (still trying the phone lines every day for that two weeks) I decided to email the property manager yet again with a very passive aggressive email telling them that I was waiting for their call and that it was very upsetting that they had not taken the time out of their workdays to help their tenants.. and yet again I DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE! I would absolutely NEVER reccomend this Realty company to ANYONE! If I only dealt with them for one single month and was ignored constantly and a hole remained in my wall for the entire month. I would hate to know what spending a year with them under lease would be like!
