Thank you to Ashley Hunt for being an amazing person and realtor. Our family had lived in Madison…read morefor decades, we knew Madison Reality as hands down the Best in Town! All of their agents are members of the community, know the homes, families and how to best serve buyers and sellers. A member of our family passed away suddenly, we were faced with grieving and the task of cleaning out and selling the home long distance. Ashley put us in touch with resources all along the way to clean out, donate and repair any cosmetic or minor issue along the way. Ashley helped us develop a plan to get all the tasks done to be able to list the home. This may seem like something easy but trying to do this from another city and cleaning out a home full of family items and getting it beautiful is a daunting tasks for most people. She always has a positive attitude and was willing to do anything to help our family. We finally got the home ready, signed the contract with Ashley and before she could even get the property listed another great agent with Madison Realty presented a contract for what we were asking for the home. Ashley was looking for our buyer, networking her agency and the community before the home was even listed. We would highly recommend Ashley Hunt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our family was so blessed to have her as our agent and to get a great clean offer for our family's home.
