I texted them earlier in the day to confirm for this afternoon as I told them I slept in the daytime and I would specifically have to get up to meet with them which I did. I am thoroughly pissed, that they could not respond to a text or confirm an appointment on the day of the appointment or even bother to call and reschedule. A text would've been sufficient. Do not bother with this business. They are unreliable and unresponsive. Their voicemail bo box is full and they're not responding to text. How the hell do you run a business like that.
