I don't usually leave reviews. This was partially my fault for not checking the BBB before using…read morethis roofer. Also, I can't give an accurate assessment of the workmanship on my roof because this company and most others use sub-contractors. After having my roof replaced by Prodigy it developed a leak around the chimney. I called the company they told me they would call back in 10 minutes and let me know when someone was available to look at it. After 2 weeks of ignoring my calls and voicemails a sub-contactor showed up to look at it. Fortunately, he called me to tell me he was on his way, and I got his number. He told me he would call me back when he gets the material, and the upcoming Thursday or Friday he should have it fixed for me. After another week past I called the Prodigy no answer, so I called the Sub-contractor. He apologized and said he's not sure what's going on and would call me back. Another week goes by I called the sub-contractor again. He apologized to me profusely and said he's just a sub-contractor and there is really nothing he can do. Sometime during this debacle, I checked their ratings and the BBB and decided this wasn't going to happen and called another roofer out. At first, they gave me an assessment that I shouldn't have to pay for this because the roofers used the existing flashing on the chimney, and it was damaged by Prodigy during the replacement of the new roof. I waited another month before I decided to have a roofer come out and fix this problem. Two weeks after another roofer had resolved it. Prodigy decided to have a sub-contractor call me and give me a quote on repairs. I'm not mad. It is what it is. But I hope this helps that person that doesn't have the resources to pay for something twice and to make an informed decision to not let this high-pressure sales company push them into bad decisions. By the way I haven't contacted the BBB none of those are mine. Yet... And for Prodigy don't bother trying to contact me now. You've wasted enough of my time and money. Don't make me take this to the next level because I have a whole laundry list and pictures of this mess you left me. Now you can start ignoring me. Thanks!!

Our salesman, Adam, went the extra mile to help us with the insurance process, helping us to get full replacement when the insurance company originally wanted to give us $400 to piece in 300+ individual shingles.
