And 52 hours later, I've gotten only 2 responses (both within 1 hour). Now, not only did Cassandra respond promptly (within 10 minutes), her response had a personal touch (it was enough to move her company to the top of the list; even had her price not been half of what the other company wanted). Even though one of the "Angels" was out on Personal Leave, she showed up several minutes ahead of the 09:00 scheduled appointment. :-) While I don't like to blow my own horn, being an almost 64 y.o. bachelor, and unlike many single men (and, from what I've heard from other house cleaners, many couples, too), I do a decent job on keeping my 2 br / 2 ba, 1,000 sq ft unit (half of a Duplex) pretty clean. But, I do need have a good cleaning done every so often (though, nearly 5 months went by since my last crew ghosted me (I found out, after texting to schedule a cleaning, that 1 of the crew, due to other commitments, could no longer do it. But, it did take her around 3 hours to do my place. But, overall, I'm very happy with her work, and highly recommend her to others in the Milledgeville area (I'm not sure how far she travels).

I have been a customer of Mike Wood Builders for the past 18 years. They have completed several…read morerenovation and repair projects at my personal residence, business property and rental property. I have found this company to be very professional in how they worked with me as a customer and the quality of material and workmanship in the completion of these projects. More recently in July 2017, I made the decision to have my kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. These spaces had not had any major work done since I purchased my home. As it turned out, I was able to engage Middle Georgia Kitchens and ReBath to perform these renovations at the same time. One can imagine the scope of activity that would be involved with two contractors in the same house. However disruptive, I was very pleased in the way these contractors went about the completion of these projects. To take a step back to the beginning, I was impressed from the very start with the design stage with Middle Georgia Kitchens. I met with the management team (Eric Barker and Levi Wood) at their showroom and based on their interview with me, I was able to narrow down materials, style, and colors for my kitchen. Once the project started, the crew assigned to this project took care to ensure that the scope and quality of work were completed as contracted. They were available when I had questions and offered suggestions where needed. One thing that stuck out with me was that the crew treated my kitchen renovation as if they were doing the work in their own homes. During various times in the project, Eric and Levi came to my home to inspect the work and kept me in the loop as to the progress of the project. The same comments can be made regarding my bathroom renovations with ReBath. The project supervisor, Jacob Lewis, met with me at my home and I was able to choose style, materials, and colors right there. My bathrooms required demolition and I was pleased with the way the crew was able to haul out and bring in materials. Again, I felt like the crew was very professional and took care of very detail of the project. This crew also showed that they put a personal touch on every phase of their work. One remaining item in this review deals with the costs of these projects. It is my opinion that the estimates that were submitted to me by Middle Georgia Kitchens and Rebath were reasonable given the scope of work involved in these projects and were within the national average range of costs that I researched. I would strongly recommend people needing renovations to use both Middle Georgia Kitchens and Rebath. To me, these are 5-Star businesses.

They swooped in, assessed the situation, and fixed that rebellious door in no time. Fast, affordable, and with service so good it almost makes you want more things to break just to call them back.
