Beautiful job on the concrete and brick but failed to clean the upper deck rails and pickets thoroughly as well as remove the bird feces stains. We had to get ladders and finish the job with sponges. Additionally, a stretch of the vinal deck raining was scratched from the hoses brought across them w/o protection. The bedding plantings and container plants under the areas they sprayed were severely damaged even though were told they would protect these. The crew was likely frustrated with the low water pressure they encountered while attempting to work multiple sprayers at once. We understand this frustration, however it does not excuse a less than "paid & promised" outcome. Very disappointing. read more
