As it turns out I wasn't quite ready to begin due to needing to replace several exterior doors and wall lights. This didn't matter as they worked around my schedule. Had some interior touch up as well as a bathroom with horrible wallpaper. No problem for this crew. Wanted a wooden look on our front entrance with textured fiberglass doors and sidelights. No problem again. Gel stain made it look incredible. Not looking forward to repainting the interior down the road but at least I know I'll get a great price and an excellent job done. Less the a year ago CertaPro (after I 1st recommended had to return for they had painted over rotting wood plus no bee holes in the wood was filler nor rotten boards replace! they did volunteer to return to make it right but failed again! large bee holes pointed out to supervisor, when I filled, nails which had worked out were sprayed over causing drips! deck boards were only replaced if I pointed them out, the bad boards I missed were left in place!! green treated deck boards were painted still wet which I even know u don't painted treated wood until completely dry, now the rain has washed paint away!! the outside steps to porch as deep in the ground where rot is alreading showing! I dug under them n left blocks to see step runners on the the workers just kicked the flat stone to the side! my biggest complaint is the use of non- English speaking help, on spoke so english but didn't understand English!!
