The crew was likely frustrated with the low water pressure they encountered while attempting to work multiple sprayers at once. We understand this frustration, however it does not excuse a less than "paid & promised" outcome. Very disappointing.

He justified a higher price by guaranteeing he would be on time and he would be there to check the workers work. I had high hopes that I could leave the job up to him. I couldn't. I had to check on his work regularly because I found he didn't visit often and new crews would do different parts of the job and leave details undone. The job was finished later than expected which calls into question the higher price. The actual workers were great. Excellent actually. But the management of my job was pitiful, I'm sorry to say, Because everyone was very kind. Unfortunately, I will not use them again and would recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor that can manage jobs appropriately. From what I heard he had to much going on. My advice for this company is to take on less projects and do each job like it's for your mother. Be detail oriented, communicate a lot, and visit the property often to check the progress.

Thinking it could be the rollers, I replaced all of them, except for the bottom two that are connected to the spring (dangerous if you don't know what you're doing..and I don't). Unfortunately, that didn't fix it and we were afraid that we might have to replace the whole door (pricey). We called ODC and they sent Gary, who looked at our door and found that the topmost section had begun to sag slightly, causing that section of the door to "oilcan" rather than just rotate smoothly. He assured us that he could add a brace to the top section, and then he offered to replace the two rollers that I hadn't wanted to risk doing myself. The estimate was about a third of what we had been afraid it would be. He also said it was good that we hadn't ignored it, because eventually that can cause bad damage to the door. He came back 2 days later with the new brace, and was done with everything in less than an hour. No attempt to "upsell" unnecessary repairs or equipment, he was pleasant and neat, and even showed me where and how to lubricate the door to keep it smooth. It runs like a Swiss watch now. I highly recommend this company for your overhead door needs.
