I had a problem with my Samsung washing machine. It would automatically shut off at the rinse and…read morespin cycles. I washed a comforter and started having problems ever since. Another company first came out . They told me it was my suspension. Because my comforter was heavy in water that made sense. Although I saw a difference for the better (the drum no longer wobbled), I still had the same problem after the new suspension was installed. I notified the company same day and conveyed the problem still exists. He came back out and took another look. Within 5 minutes he told me, "It looks like your mother board is going out and needs to be replaced." I just spent $320.00 on the suspension and labor. I felt he was guessing at this point and I wanted a second opinion. I called Infinity Appliance and scheduled an appointment. A Tech named Ismael came and did a thorough evaluation. He noticed the drum was jilting rather than turning so my washer wasn't really washing either. He showed me and advised I needed two parts. After the installation of the two parts, I saw the drum was now turning properly and the water motion was much stronger during the wash cycle. This was a good thing. But it still didn't resolve the automatic shut off issue. Ismael and I were both vexed about the auto shut off. I more so because I just paid another $350.00. He advised there may possibly be a short circuit he has to go wire by wire to find out what the problem is and needs to take my washer. He would have another technician come pick it up. Because Ismael showed me he really cared and wanted to resolve the issue, I agreed. A week later, I hadn't heard anything so I called to check the status. To my surprise the young lady conveys they found the problem and it was a relay switch. I was charged another $75.00. I was grateful that was all I had to pay and that it was finally fixed! They delivered my washer same day. I immediately washed 2 loads to make sure it works and to my delight, it does. I'm pleased with Infinity Appliance. My experience has been nothing but good. Ismael was very professional and takes pride in his work. Everyone I've come in contact with whether by text, phone, or in person had been very helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend them. I've learned an expensive lesson. Don't wash your comforter at home! Take it to the laundromat. The issues with my Washer derived from me washing my comforter.

This is a great post office…read more The staff here really care about your mail and helping you with the services USPS has to offer. I visit this location regularly, to pick up mail or to ship mail. I also buy stamps. They offer all the USPS services. This is a smaller branch. There are only two cashier stands. The line can be long during the holidays, but the USPS staff get the line moving quickly. They do not have a self postage machine like the larger locations do. I appreciate the newer staff they have (2024). Becky knows a lot of the local people, and always assists with any postal service you need. The parking lot is decent; it can be busy at times. I have been to many, many USPS establishments throughout Southern California, and this one is the best.

I did on Monday 8/17/26, I was informed the service charge would be $110.00 and needed to be paid to confirm the appointment (9am to 1pm window on Saturday 8/22/26). Also was told the service tech would call 30 minutes before arriving. At 1pm no call or show. I called them at 1:15 and was told they did not have an appointment for me or my address, asked when I made the appointment, I told her it was made on Monday 8/17/26. The women said well our system has been down since Wednesday, but we can reschedule for next Monday. I told her that was unacceptable that I will on vacation for the next 3 weeks. I told her I already paid for the service call and even gave her the bank info., and she seemed to have found the charge. Was put on hold and she came back telling me a service tech would be out between 6 and 7pm today 8/22/26. I would receive a call from the tech 30 minutes prior to coming. I called at 6:30 and they were closed. GUESS WHAT! AGAIN a NO SHOW and NO CALL. They have my money (for now, I filed a dispute with my credit card), thank GOD I didn't put it on my Debit card. I'd be out the $110.00 for NO SERVICE and RUDE customer service personnel. I understand computers go down, but really a small company like them and they don't even keep paperwork (like service order tickets on paper). I work for a multinational corporation and even we keep service orders on paper and on the computer for just this reason. When their system went down, the first thing they should have done was look online at their banking history and see who had service charges paid, It would give them the names of WHO paid and then they could have done a call back (most names have phone numbers listed for them) to see when their appointments were for. INSTEAD they called NO ONE to see if appointments were scheduled. I know that is a lot of work, but to keep your business running without angering your clients, that's what a dependable company would do. Better yet don't COMPLETELY rely on computers or the internet, keep a service order/appointment list IN PAPER. SMH what is this world coming too, such lazy people and companies. It all falls back on the person needing the services. Before closing for the day, you should have reached out to make sure your service techs were going to be able to get to appointments for the day, ESPECIALLY since you knew there was issues with appointments. Now I'll be worrying about my refrigerator, it is just the ice maker or is it something bigger while I'm on a very needed vacation. After 3 days of me calling Lowe's & either talking to an answering machine or an annoyed customer service with the same vague promise to call me back I called it quits , swallowed the cost and went searching for another option. Did I mention I was also on a strict time crunch since this was for a rental property & I happened to live out of state. I really did not want to have to purchase another round trip air fair ticket. I found Pro Appliance Installers online and gave them a call on a Friday around 5pm. Did I mention that it was also the Friday before Mother's Day ? I didn't have too much hope of this getting done before my flight out Monday night but figured I would give it a shot anyway. I called and talked to Jesse explaining my situation and he worked with my schedule and somehow was able to fit me in on the morning of Mother's Day! They arrived on time and kept in contact with me before , during, and after just to make sure everything was working . They installed it in less than an hour (including haul away) and left everything spotless. We will definitely be giving them a call for all future appliance needs.
