Took our toddler here for their second birthday. It was amazing. They did such a great job at recreating the Heeler House. We did not purchase any of the extra experiences because it was just for a two year old but the setup for the stations looked nice. The staff were friendly and very interactive. If we lived closer, I would've taken her back several more times! We didn't purchase any merch but we did get our family picture with Bluey and Bingo at the end. Worth it. read more

Cool concept. Cost: $$$$ Overpriced: We had to pay $55+ each- just to walk around in a few hidden rooms decorated like Bluey's house. The scene: Overcrowded, chaotic and uncomfortable. The large crowds made it impossible for us to enter the room where the "dance party" took place. We also (unfortunately), heard multiple groups experiencing the ending. We were still early on in our exploring, when we already knew where Bluey had been hiding.. Ages: My 5 and 7 year old sons were too old for this. I think this should be recommended for ages 2-5 (and 5 is pushing it). The kids were bored within 10 minutes. Overall: I was unimpressed, this place is not worth paying $220 for a family of 4. Went here for Bluey experience. It was a cool idea but the execution was lacking. First, there are timed entries and they do wrangle everyone in on time. The experience starts in a gift shop, and then you're let into the experience through a secret bookcase. We got to see Bluey and Bingo's house which was pretty small. It had a few rooms and was fun for the kids with the exception that it's so crowded so it's hard to move around and also keep track of your child at the same time. I lost my child a few times since there were so many people in the way. We got to meet Bluey and Bingo at the end, and paid for a photo and exited back into the gift shop. We also paid for a slime experience, which apparently you need to be minimum age 4 to do. They have other crafts for under 4, but it's disappointing when you market slime and set your kids' expectations to be told something else. The "counselors" were good throughout the whole experience, however, checkout took way longer than needed because none of the staff was trained. They did not know how to ring up tickets, how to use the coupons that are included with online purchase, how to give the bonus deals. All in all, this is the kind of thing you do once and realize you will probably never do it again, especially for $100. Definitely not worth the money, but try it once for your kids. read more

We bought ticket online to book our spot for one of the early morning sessions. Since it was Sunday, found parking on 5th ave, right in front of the venue. Upon arrival, the front section had the check-in register where we received our wristbands. They also had all sorts of merchandise goods, toys and games on display as well. The session started promptly on time. There was a custom short video that everyone got to watch before entering Bluey's home. Once the video ended, we walked into the living room of the Heeler family. Then we got to see the kitchen and bedrooms as well. They were very nicely decorated to resemble the details of the cartoon series. There were also toys and games for kids to play with. But the space got repetitive pretty quickly. Since the rooms were small and crowded with kids and adults, it seemed like my daughter was bored within 10 minutes. In the later parts, they did a story telling session and a meet and greet session with Bluey and Bingo that salvaged the experience somewhat. The staff members were friendly. They put their best effort to make it fun and joyful for the kids. I was pleasantly surprised to see the photos for meet and greet session were free. But paying tickets for 2 adults and a kid, the experience fell far short of expectations, since literally the adults had nothing to do except keeping an eye on their kids, in addition to such confined space that kids could finish exploring within 10 minutes or so. We were here for Bluey X CAMP. They re created Bluey's house and had interactive plays inside. It was $50+ per person but they were running a promote for $29/person. Once we arrived, we checked in with the staff and waited for the magic door to open. Very cool for them to create "magic" for kids to open the door. During the playtime inside, they gathered everyone for story time and a special guest. We had about an hour inside the area and last stop was 1 picture with Bluey and Bingo. 1 picture per family. The shop has many educational toys, learning tools, Clothes, accessories and arts/crafts. It's obviously more pricy than online. Overall still a good experience for kids. $29 I think it's fair. read more

The Bluey experience was great! I was disenchanted with the encanto experience but the bluey experience was quite interactive. The experience was about an hour. You begin your experience in an episode of Bluey playing Hide and Go seek. We were put on a mission to find Bluey and Bingo throughout their house and did catch glimpses of them on random screens. We played the asparagus game, played in Bandits office, had a spirited game of keepy uppy and dance mode, plus some story time interrupted by unic-horse. After that our group was called to exit where we found Bluey and Bingo in the backyard and got a photo op. Its short but it was a great time! read more

Special & Big Thank You to the amazing employees at Camp. It take a lot of patient and calmness to deal with each person child. Allowing each child to gain their own perspective and knowledge. The slime actives was also fun to watch. Witnessing your child take on different activities while engaging with the staff and friendly peers. The whole entire experience was breath taking. I really wanted to love this experience. We were so excited and took our son for this third birthday. When you arrive you enter the building into an amazing gift shop with lots of great toys, a small coffee bar, and there is a free stroller valet and coat check. You can browse the shop until your designated time when a "camp counselor" calls you to enter through a secret door. When you go through the door you enter a room with a screen that explains you will be trying to find Bluey & Bingo in their house. The camp counselor sorta explained this also but it kinda fell flat, especially for the younger kids. The employee that brought us into the experience disappeared and we were off to explore the house on our own. The set design is amazing, it really does look like Bluey's house. However, thats where the amazing ends. It was chaotic and a free for all in all of the different rooms. No employees were around to interact or guide us, we didnt play any games. There was ONE red "keepy uppy" ball which a big kid hogged, one costume for the grannies, 2 slides.. just felt like there wasnt much to actually do or experience. In the kitchen the counters are super high and the children couldnr reach it. Of course they only had ONE step stool. In the kitchen room there are cans of beans and thats really it, none of the cabinets open. It was not interactive at all. Finally near the end of the experience they called us in to Bluey's bedroom for a "story"..there were too many kids running around in other rooms to even hear the story. At the end of the experience they call you to the backyard to meet Bluey & Bingo in the backyard. The room has a fairy ring, stump, and tree. They let you take a few pics and thats the end. Bluey and Bingo only interacted for photos and didnt hang around at all. Overall, i dont think this is worth the high priced ticket. The experience was overcrowded, lacked a plan from the employees, and It lacks interactive elements (other than the slides)for the children. the plot of playing hide and seek is totally lost. read more

It's a store, it's a play place behind a "magic door", it's time well spent for a kid you adore. Ahem, sorry, I had to do that. The play areas for the Bluey experience are dirty thanks to the fans who loved to jump up and down everywhere but that's kinda expected. You didn't think they would launder the materials, right? I didn't, so I wasn't disgusted compared to the germaphobes. Kids run freely until story time and that's if they want to sit through that under the black light. The yellow slide with the bumps were extremely fast for some children and the parents were concerned. Watch your kids at the bottom closely if they're going for it! It was a warm day so that probably got to the workers. Some staff looked bored, some had a better demeanor. Plenty of toys to satisfy any fan at "Dad's shed" and at the front. Merchandise was very expensive but it's all good when you get a smile out of your mini me's. Mascot characters are at the end and you'll have a chance to snap a picture with them in your sweaty mess. The lights, cramped space, and constant chase after your kiddo will render you less than perfect for the photo op but that's just the way it is! read more

We step right into a bluey episode! My kids 4 and 8 had a great time exploring the set identical to Bluey's home. There was a fun story time which led to another fun surprise. Very friendly staff, we lost our QR code which is needed to retrieve our family photo and were able to email them and they sent our pictures. I do wish we could have visited with a smaller crowd as it did get busy, but I do like that it is set up to tour with group based on the time we selected. read more

We had such a great time at Camp X Bluey! We were looking for something fun to do with the kids and came across this experience. Heads up--ticket prices vary depending on the day, so definitely check ahead. We snagged the $20 deal. There are multiple time slots available too, which made it easy to find a time that worked for us. Inside, the setup is super cute and interactive. The kids had an absolute blast! There was story time, a fun little dance party, and even someone in the play area helping kids put on blankets so they could play "grannies"--adorable and so on brand for Bluey fans. The gift shop is on the smaller side but nicely curated. It's hard not to grab a little something on the way out! All in all, it was a really fun outing and a memorable day for the kids. Worth checking out, especially if you can catch a good deal on tickets! read more

I would not return and would not recommend this experience. It was overpriced for what they offered. Overall, it felt like a money grab experience, as both adults and children are required to purchase tickets, even though there is absolutely nothing for adults to do. The entry to the NY 5th Ave Camp store was not organized. There was no coat check, so we had to carry our belongings with us, and there were no clear instructions on where or how to check in. Once inside, there was not much to do. There were two slides, which my grandson liked as most children would but that was about it. The rooms were colorful and vibrant, but there was not much ventilation. We left early because it became crowded and warm. It seemed like they let in as many families at one time as possible. Some of the chairs inside the experience were filthy. It made me wonder how often the place is steam cleaned and sanitized. No one told us that the picture at the end with Bluey was free. Thankfully, one of the staff members was kind enough to take a picture of my grandson and me using my iPhone. For the slime experience, both adults and children are again required to purchase a ticket, which felt like another money grab. If every family purchased the slime experience, the space would be completely inadequate the area was small and there was very limited seating for the activity. Overall, the staff was great, but the average family is priced out of this experience. Again, I would not recommend it. read more

We had an amazing time! It is an expensive day out, about $50 a person - adults as well, no discounts for adults which is unfortunate. That being said, if you can swing the splurge, it's a great time! We went on a Thursday morning, and had tickets for the Bluey experience. We didn't really deal with over-crowding. It was a little hectic because it's a bunch of kids, but we had room to move around. The staff was great!!everyone really committed to the roles and brought lots of energy. Everything looked so cool, lots of attention to detail. There were 2 slides, a few tents, some foam blocks; so many different wooden food toys, dance mode break, keepy uppy, story time.. honestly had such a fun time. At the end you meet bluey and bingo. This paper felt super rushed, but my son met his faves and they gave us a free digital picture so I'm not mad at it. The coffee/drink area connected to the gift shop was closed so can't comment on that. ** they had free coat check and stroller parking ! I booked the CAMP x TROLLS experience as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old who loves Trolls and it was very cute but definitely very expensive. At $51 per person it is a lot of money. I went with my husband and I think it's crazy they charge the adults full price, especially for what it is. I think it should be half off for the adults since we have to be there for the kids. My first impression was that they did an amazing job with the set , it's so detailed , you do feel like you're in Trolls world and I can't lie all the staff are into character and very nice. There's 3 play rooms with slides and lots of props. Theres also Rhonda (the bus) and the kids get to play in there, it's pretty cute. Lots of photo opportunities for sure and you get to meet Poppy (coolest part of all). We were allowed to play for maybe 20 minutes in all rooms before we got moved into the bus (I thought it was supposed to be an hour of play time ) . After we were in the bus for 5 minutes we were moved to a trolls concert which was very cute and maybe 8 minutes long, that was the ending of the whole experience. Overall our time there was not even an hour long, everything was short and I don't believe it was worth the price . However, I did enjoy the effort everyone put into making us have a good time. I also did count over 10+ employees working during our time slot so I guess that's why the high price point. I would like if they allowed you to stay for the full hour , maybe then we'd feel we got our moneys worth. I'd probably suggest you only go if your kid is trolls obsessed and you have a kid between 3-7 years old. I don't think any other age would enjoy this. My kid had a great time and we did take some nice pics of her but $153 seems steep for 33 minutes of fun. read more

The CAMPx Bluey experience was not great. It was super crowded bc they brought in new groups/ waves every 15 minutes. It was a glorified indoor playground. You're better off taking your kids to the playground for free. read more

Before I begin, I want to make it clear that I did read before hand that we do not see Bluey & Bingo until the end. However, when you first enter through the push door from the gift shop - they have a projector on the wall playing part of the episode Hide and Seek. Then the staff tells everyone that bluey & bingo are inside and we have to find them. That is a complete lie! You had my child running around constantly asking me where are they & he was very frustrated. Then another staff member says they will come out if we have a lot of fun. Don't say that! Because that is not the case. I am guessing this is what they are told to say?? But whoever thinks this is a good idea might not have children or understand how disappointing it can be for children. And to get to bluey & bingo - they take you through hidden doors that FINALLY leads you to the backyard where bluey & bingo are. They rush you to take a picture so you can exit out into the gift shop. You don't want to have bluey & bingo in the house while the kids play? Fine whatever. At least when you do the dance mode - have them dance with the kids for a few minutes. This was highly disappointing. The place can be 100 times better and it lacks a lot of imagination. read more

Wow! This store is electric, crazy, cool ! Camp looks very welcoming from the outside but they have a whole secret hidden portion which is just mind blowing!!! (You have to do some secret hidden open door jumping jacks to get in). Once you get in there is the COOLEST toy store with DC, Paw Patrol, Barbie, musical instruments and arts and crafts (a splat canvass painting area - $35(ish), an area similar to "color me mine" - prices vary, and other arts and crafts. One thing I appreciated was the variety of toys, and there were good prices to. I got my son an action figure for $10, and a small paw patrol toy for $5 - which are the same as Walmart/Target prices - however with a much cooler atmosphere. They have a tube slide, sequin wall, and hidden Barbie play area. A giant tic-tac-toe table, a play kitchen, and indoor basketball. The worker told me they just opened (yesterday!) and they rotate their theme every 3-4 months (Bluey is upcoming!!! I have to keep an eye on that!) This place is awesome! If you have kids it's a must visit. read more

Updating my review for the Troll experience, which pales in comparison to the Encanto experience. We spent about 25 minutes in the first room where the kids were told to "play". Queen Poppy showed up for a few minutes and disappeared again. That was the ONLY troll the kids saw the entire time. When we finally left the first room (and the kids were basically over it at this point), we headed into the bus called Rhonda (that was the best part of the experience), and then went to the concert. At the concert there were only 2 performers and it was just okay. It felt like half the employees had just not shown up for work and it was very disappointing. There was a birthday party happening at the same time, so perhaps the rest of the trolls/employees were with them? Either way, we deserved better. read more

Love the experiences they rotate for the kiddos. We have done the Encanto and Trolls experience. They are currently doing Trolls and I was quite impressed. They had a concert, an interactive game, and plenty for the kids to explore. This is my favorite experience so far. Took my 7 year old and 4 year old to the Encanto exhibit. Unfortunately not worth the $60/ticket price tag. It has about 5 rooms and the inside is EXTREMELY narrow. Everyone had a difficult time getting around each other even though they do staggered entry times. The gift shop is honestly the same size as the exhibit - more spacious even. Prices in the gift shop are astronomical....but of course I still ended up purchasing things for the kids. I'm a sucker. The entire staff was amazingly friendly and high energy - so 2 stars for that, and simply for the fact that it's Encanto and who doesn't love Encanto??? read more

I came to CAMP on the morning of a first birthday party. I did some research on other stores in Manhattan and this was one of the few both open early and on a Saturday... Win! The moment I entered the store, I was comfortable in the warm, inviting ambience. I immediately started looking around the organized sections, squeezing the plushy toys, and reading into every object on the shelves. I was also enamored by a group of kiddos entering the "magical door" to enter the Encanto experience. I was enamored - a magical speakeasy for kids! Luckily, one of the kind employees offered to help me find what I was looking for and we pinpointed a few items that would work for a one year old and weren't too expensive. I ended up going with a toy cell phone and a stuffed avocado plushy. I knew that my one year-old niece loves her toy cell phone and it is the only thing that stops her from crying so I picked one up. Turns out, it was a hit and her favorite present from her birthday! Thanks to the CAMP team for the flexible hours and expert help with navigating this wonderland. It was a pretty fun experience as painting equipment was provided by CAMP. Additionally because it was not a busy day, we were able to stay there for as long as we wanted and didn't feel rushed to finish our masterpiece. read more

I brought my son here for his 6th birthday. After only about 20 mins, he got bored, it is simply an indoor playspace that is geared more towards younger kids (I'd recommend 3 and below, maybe 4). It is also relatively small. While there are some interactive elements, it is not very organized. The Paw Patrol CAMP experience at Columbus Circle was much better, where each step of the experience was guided. I was not impressed at all and would skip this, not worth the large price tag. read more

We came for the Encanto experience and loved it. I think I loved it almost as much as my 5 year old. The performers were great and could really sing? Some of the performances didn't have a lot of steam but they're literally singing the same thing every 30 mins, so people shouldn't be too hard on them. I think my 2 1/2 year old would've loved it too because there were slides, secret passages, and ride on toys; however, I would never pay full price for his age because he doesn't get the same things out of the full experience, like the interactive singing with the performers. My little enjoyed picking things for his slime at the slime bar while me and his older brother went through the exhibit. It was a bit crowded but that's to be expected. read more

Brought my little here during the holidays and she absolutely LOVED it! The staff is interactive and super friendly. The space starts as a store front selling everything TROLLS! Costumes, stuffed animals, puzzles, games and candy! A lot of candy !! At your alloted appointment time, kids and families line up in front of a magical door that slides open to a hallway. Once in this hallway Troll staff engage the kids and get their energy going! The energy then lets loose at camp. Slides and stairs take you up about and over. Small nooks and crannies for the kids to run and play and shaggy pink swivel chairs to spin in. Visually it's bright, very bright. There's even a troll SPARKLE SPA where you can get a makeover that includes face paint, glitter rhinestones and a wig! This experience ends in a 3D room wearing very cool 3D glasses which being entertained by more Troll staffers! A lot of fun! Kudos to the staff for the energy and fun you gave! I took my 9 y.o. boy for the Encanto experience and it was clear that it was a complete miss in terms of age appropriateness from the minute we walked it. Generously, I would say that the age ceiling should be 7 y.o. -- and even kids of that age might be rolling their eyes. We scoped out the set but left after about five minutes. The event is billed as being appropriate for any kid who enjoyed the film Encanto but that's incredibly misleading. If your child is older than 6, save your money. Even if your child is in the appropriate age range, tailor your expectations. The set is down at its heels and the event is overbooked such that the fairly small space is quite crowded. read more

I wonder why there isn't a Google review for this place, perhaps they are too scared to have one. We went on the Bluey Magic experience, the whole experience was Fine until after the pictures with Bluey and Bingo. I mean you'd probably figure on 5th Ave on a weekend it's going to get very crowded, the props are damaged and a few dirty plushes and pillows on the floor. However I did not expect to be rushed out especially while another family from the group is doing exactly the same thing as us. After the photos, we got the code waiting for the photos to print, but we didn't know the photos upload separately so we only got one print out. After we noticed that we have two more, I wanted to pay for the other two and wait for the print and the manager ERIC came rushing me out said he has to bring the group behind us in. So I told him we had a long wait before us there was a special child we let him go first. He didn't care said I can come back after the group but I have to leave now, while the other family next to me he seemed having no issue with. So I asked why can't we stay and wait while they are doing exactly the same thing, and my daughter got really scared that he was yelling and later on screaming. Other families from the group saw our experience also went to the front desk to complain but the guy told us if I have any complaints I should do it over the phone. After demanding for a refund to one of the photo because we didn't get to choose and it printed everything, he finally asked the another manager out to hear our story. No families deserve to be treated this way, and no children deserve to be scared on their magic experience, look out for ERIC at the 5th Ave Camp location. read more

This is the second time we have been to the specific camp location we have been to camp in total four times and it's always a blast for myself and the kids today we had a chance to preview cosmic camp which opens to the general public on September 6 it is completely worth the experience it is interactive it is immersive it is exciting there is a ton of things to do the game show was by far the best the staff as always a camp has been consistently welcome and they really maximize the experience camp has all of their experiences design with kids in mine and you can tell they put a lot of thought and if they put a lot of consideration in mind for children I highly recommend any of the camp store all of the activities are always A1 the staff is always professional. read more
