Love this day care. My dog (Pugsley Louis) absolutely "fan girls" over it. He loves the staff, the experience and best of all when he comes home he is able to relax for a day or two. 100% recommendation! I really appreciate having somewhere I can trust with my baby.

I love the team at CBW Centennial! Shannon, Gina, Michale and the entire staff love my boys and they always come home tired and happy! They pull me in when dropped off and stay out of trouble for days after. Thank you for everything you guys do, you all ROCK!

I've been going to this location for a few years now and they're great! They've started doing one-on-one time with the pups and mine even got birthday snuggle time! A big shout out to Eva, Erika and Casey. They're always so nice and friendly! Our dog gets so excited to see them everyday! It's great because we don't have a yard at home so he's able to lay in the sun and play with everyone there.

My dog was attacked while he was boarding at camp bow wow centennial. Earlier in the day, on the day he was attacked we noticed that the usually playrooms were not all open and only one playroom was open and was packed with many dogs, we could only see one person on the webcam, we don't know if this was the case when our dog was attacked but we were surprised to see how few employees seemed to be present on the camera that day. Camp bow wow called our emergency contact after failing to reach us (they knew that we were in Europe and had clear instructions to contact my sister). When we spoke with camp bow wow they said that a "few second negative interaction took place" and that our dog had one small wound on his face and required a vet. They significantly downplayed his injuries and only sent us a photo of the bite to his face. When they spoke to my sister they let her know that the other dog did not require a vet and was returned to the playroom. The vet, using the word "attack," shared that he had two large injuries to his belly/chest that camp bow wow did not inform us of. He had to be sedated, he was given stitches, and will have to be in a cone for several weeks. He is deeply traumatized, he has cried every night we've had him home. Camp Bow wow did cover the vet bill which we appreciate. When we responded to their initial email and asked if they would cover follow up care beyond the initial vet visit and asked what happened to the other dog, who we were told on our initial call did not need a vet, they refused to answer questions in writing or email or via the phone. Instead they insisted if we wanted to know anything we had to come to their facility to review the video and when we told them we were not interested in coming down there as our dog could not be left alone with the severity of his injuries, they informed us that the only way to get answers to any questions was to go to their lawyers office which they called a "neutral setting". We just wanted two simple questions answered and were not sure why lawyers were being involved. We asked multiple times to speak on the phone or via zoom so that we would not have to find someone to watch our injured dog so we could leave. All we wanted to know was if his follow up care would be covered and whether or not that dog was cited for the attack, as well as if he was allowed to continue playing in a room full of dogs. Our interactions with them have been challenging as they won't answer questions unless we leave our badly injured dog alone and go visit with their attorney. They speak to us in carefully crafted PR sentences when we ask follow up questions. We understand that animals can get injured when boarding but between the downplaying of his injuries and their bringing a lawyer in to speak with us rather than just talk to us like pet parents trying to take care of our dog that was injured in their care is what has made it so we would never recommend this facility or company. They have not been kind or helpful in response to this event. I do not recommend this place for your dog.

Easy drop off, good communication, looks like employees really care about the animals and their jobs.

My pup was only there one day for his initial evaluation, but I thought the staff was very customer oriented and truly cared about the dogs.

We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

In the past, I've used 5-star boarding facilities, had someone stay in our home, and had them watched by friends. None of these was the perfect scenario, and I always stressed so much while we were away, especially when we were out of the country. I have never felt so sure that my babies are getting the best care as I do when Tammy, Lee Ann, Jacquie, and Michelle are watching them. I schedule them to come 3 times a day and request an update at each visit. They go so far above and beyond what I expected. After EVERY visit I get a photoshoot of my pugs and kitty, and the pictures are so amazing. My husband and I end up laughing out loud constantly! I've hired them for weekend trips, a full week, and twelve days this last time and everything always goes great. Tammy has also helped me out in a pinch multiple times and done last minute visits when travel plans go differently than planned. I really cannot properly put into words how thankful I am for this company and these ladies! I will never hire anyone else as long as they are willing to put up with my little monsters.

Their staff, across the board, greeted us with only compassion and kindness. Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

To me, this was worth the higher price you pay- rather than going to the vet to do this.
