Easy drop off, good communication, looks like employees really care about the animals and their jobs.

My pup was only there one day for his initial evaluation, but I thought the staff was very customer oriented and truly cared about the dogs.

We are new to this area and we were in need of boarding for our 3 pups for about 9-10 days. I took the dogs for a 3 hour evaluation and toured the facility. It is very new, nice, clean, and big. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. While we were away our pups enjoyed the day care during the day and shared an exlarge cabinet together at night. We were able to log into the day camp web cams during the day and watch our 3 having fun. We called a couple of times and the staff were very friendly during the calls. About a week after we returned home I received a call from Camp Bow Wow asking if we were comfortable with our experience and the way the dogs came home. We were impressed with this follow up. We did have an exceptional experience and will certainly use this location for some day camp and boarding times. read more

After my first visit, my dog developed kennel cough. After checking with my vet, they said they have received several of their patients with the same problem after being at Camp Bow Wow. They apparently do not verify immunizations of returning dogs. Would not recommend and my vet has stopped recommending them. read more

This has to be the worst dog center I have ever been to! I am still so upset and in complete shock of the lack of customer service while writing this review( this is my first yelp review I never usually bother but I felt the need to in this situation) In desperate need of finding a good reliable place to board my 10 month old german Shepard/husky mix, for my Florida trip the following week, I came across this place online in the centennial area. After reading some reviews I'd figure I'd give it a try. Iv never been to a place like this before since most of the time I have family or friends watching my dog so was a little skeptical about the whole process to begin with but figured id give it a shot. I called the guy the morning before to set up a meet & greet, take a tour and get some more information on the process. The next day, I take my pup in to be ignored for the first 15 seconds until the front desk girl realized we walked in. She asked " who do we have here?" .. I told her my dog nova for her meet in greet and she said " oh, ok". Immediately Took my dog in the back behind the counter only to grill her up and down while asking for vet records. Not the welcoming I thought they'd give my baby. She had me fill out an application while taking my dog right away in the back rooms to see how she "mingles with the other dogs".. The place smelled like pee and all you hear is a chaotic mess in the back with all the dogs clammed in their back play room areas. Without even offering me a tour or allowing me to see the back play area and boarding rooms, she told Me I was not allowed back there and said " that's why we have cameras" and points to the screen on the wall.. excuse me, but If I'm going to be leaving my dog here for 5 days over night I would like to see the facilities ?! Am I wrong?.. that should of been the first thing done when we walked in..She than took my dog without me, who can be a little shy at times, esp with lots of commotion going on and people she doesn't know. At this point I was already uncomfortable from the last 15 minutes of awkward conversation. As I watched on the cameras she put my dog in a room by herself for a little and then added some dogs to see how she plays. These dogs were rather hyper and since my dog had been at the dog park all morning playing with other dogs, she was already kinda over mingling for the day.. I uncomfortably watch this all go down on the TV screen from the lobby. 15 mins later she walks out to tell me my dog is terrified and that she's outside away from the other dogs. I felt bad for my own dog and just wanted to get her and leave at this point. She said " she was terrified, she didn't pass the test" and that we should bring her back another day for another evaluation. ( with attitude) Keep in mind this is my playful happy go lucky sweet loving loyal 50 lb german Shepard who had just played for hours before at the local dog park. The girl also made it seem like it was "to short of a notice" for even boarding her when in fact it was a week in advance and assumed they'd want my business and be more accommodating on my dog needs? After, that she went back in ( still not allowing me back me there to see or help get my dog) to try to get my dog. At this point I almost walked back there myself after seeing the mess of a service that goes on there especially with the dogs all crazy in the back areas. My dog came back and look horrified by the last 30-45 minutes. Poor thing. I cannot believe how horribly this girl treated both me as customer & my dog. It rubbed me so wrong. This was not the service I was expecting what so ever. Safe to say I will never be back! read more

This place is the bee's knees. Everyone is very friendly, the location is nice, clean, and very convenient. My dog loves going there. We have done day care, as well as boarding. The prices are reasonable, and their hours are great. They even have free webcams to watch your pooch romp in the yard. read more

Never taking my dog here again. I will go out of my way for day care from now on. I dropped my dog off. Everything was going fine. A couple of hours later I look at the webcam on my phone to check on her. She is all alone in a big pen. She had no toys, no other dogs, and no supervision of any kind. She was howling and barking for the entire 20 minutes I was watching. Obviously upset about being alone. The only attendants around were in the pen next to her with the bigger dogs. I used to work in a dog day care and be a pet sitter, there is no reason at all she should be all alone for that long. There is always supposed to be someone with a dog, supervising a dog. No matter how many dogs there are in there, if there is just one dog.. there is supposed to be someone with that dog! When I came to pick her up, they gave me some BS excuse that there weren't enough dogs there her size. That still doesn't excuse the fact that she had no supervision. Then they charged me for half a day, even though she had only been there a couple hours. What a rip off, won't be coming here again. And I already prepaid for 3 days of day care before that day that I still haven't used, what a waist. They also sent me an email asking for feedback. I typed all this in there and they called me later saying that they recommend I not bring my dog back until they get more popular. What kind of management in this?! They didn't even try to offer me any kind of deal like any other establishment would. That phone call is another reason I won't be coming back. If that is how their management handles problems and poor feedback. But the parker location is GREAT! read more

Camp Bow Wow Centennial has been a complete lifesaver! We adopted our fearful and shy dog in January 2017, but he has come out of his shell since attending CBW. I especially appreciate how Otto comes home tired, but not to the point of complete exhaustion. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving him for overnights as well. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They know all of the dogs by name and take time to speak with customers. We are very grateful for the facility, staff, and experience at CBW! read more

A employee named "Gina" told me I should have called to make sure they took fresh dog food even though I made the reservation 60 days ago and have been using another location of theirs for 7 years. Then she told me I was being sassy by telling her it was her business to accommodate my dogs food needs. I told her she has exactly 160 cups for the 10 days they are there and do not over feed them. She said it is "on me" if they run out of food "not them". I said no it is not, she said "Well especially if I can't pick them up on the scheduled day". I said I will pick them up on the scheduled day don't worry. Then I asked if she can give them a bath as I requested online. She says, "I can't see what the reservations are online with our system" I said then why do you ask for additional services online if you can't see it? She then says I am being rude. I said to her I feel the same way about her. All I want is my dog(s) to have a safe place to be while I am on vacay and eat their own dog food and not run out!! Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is at Camp Bow Wow according to a employee named Gina, who says she is the owner?? I will never go there again. Ever. Terrible way to treat a customer. She made me feel like I was putting her out by bringing fresh quality dog food for my dogs and bringing the exact amount with a measuring cup given to them. read more

Great staff! Everyone I have spoken with via email or phone is courteous and helpful. This was our first doggy day care experience and we have continued going back! The facilities are clean and they are always well staffed. The webcams are always up and running which is nice to see people walking around and cleaning up the accidents as well as engaging with the dogs. My dog is a rescue so she's a tad on the uncertain side, she just follows the staff around until they try and engage with her but then she makes it a game and runs away from them only to come right back and follow them again. I appreciate their continued dedication to helping me socialize her appropriately. I love that there's an indoor and outdoor play area and there are always other dogs around for my dog to play with. The only time she was alone was for her required introduction day and the staff slowly started introducing her to more and more dogs to make sure she was appropriate for their program. I loved that they did this because I was nervous to see how she would react to being with so many other dogs without me present. So far my only question would be where is the water bowl for the dogs? I can see the outside play area dog water so maybe this is both for the inside and outside area? Other than that my dog gets so excited now when I ask her if she wants to go to camp and literally drags me through their front doors and then when it's time to go home I can't get her out of their building, which to me speaks for itself. read more

My oddball dog has been going to Camp Bow Wow for over a year - he goes for the day on busy work weeks and stays with them when I'm out of town. The staff at Camp Bow Wow is wonderful. Scarf is not the biggest fan of humans, but he LOVES the staff at Camp Bow Wow. He once was so excited to get there that he jumped out of the car window before I could open the door. I just watched him on the camper cam approach a staff member, wag his tail, and jump up for a kiss. He naturally despises most humans, so this is huge. I couldn't be more of a fan of Camp Bow Wow. We are always apprehensive about leaving our dogs behind but We loved Camp Bow Wow! Our 2 girls stayed with them from Monday thru Friday in the America Suite, and it was so awesome to be able to watch them on the cameras! The staff were so friendly, we would recommend them and most definitely use them again if we were in the Denver area! Wish we had a CBW in Durango,CO! read more

Truly wonderful staff! No matter how long it's been since our last visit they remember my dog by just by seeing him. Unprofessional and Liars. Not to mention personal items were damaged upon returning and was told by the Director herself "its normal wear and tear". What a joke of a response! We had purchased our dogs plastic food containers months in advance no problems and not to mention there made to be pretty durable . Once returned it was cracked and lid was completely broken in half as the remaining condition of the container. Directors response again "oh we didn't know if it was like that when you dropped off "!?? No apologies and lack of care the fact now it's my responsibility to have to go and purchase another bin for careless people. When originally asked if I could have an email or some type of communication to upper management I was told she could not provide the information. No email ? Nothing ! My dog has been very sick since we picked him up( throwing up and diarrhea). I asked did he have any accidents they informed me no he was fine. Doesn't seem accurate considering how he was feeling when he got home. This place needs to seriously re-evaluate there customer service and how they perceive themselves as a business to how they truly treat there clients . read more

The facility was clean and all of the employees were so friendly and clearly love dogs. I highly recommend this to anyone with a dog!

I love being able to see the dogs on the cameras - reassures me that they're doing well and their tails are wagging. When they came home after being boarded there for eight days, we were concerned because they'd never been boarded before. We've had no behavior problems with them, no separation anxiety when we leave the house, no whininess, no clinginess, it's just as if we'd never left them! They clearly felt safe and cared for there. read more
