Took my dogs here a few weeks ago. I think the facility was nice and they could answer questions for me via text which was helpful. There were a few stumbles on their part though. Upon check-in they asked if l wanted my dogs washed while there and when I asked if it cost extra they said no. Then they confirmed the washes with me a day later, but then told me it did cost extra. To be clear, the washes were not crazy expensive, but they should not have told me they would be free. Also, upon check out, they told me that there were extra charges since it was a stay during a peak time and that I picked up my dog late (after 12 noon). I was never informed of this upon check-in. Still a good place for your dogs to stay,but be sure you ask about all of the extras. read more

Grooming was extremely horrible. His entire tail was cut off which I never asked for. His face was not washed at all. The hair around his eyes and nose was not trimmed or cleaned he still had eye clumps around his eyes which is always clean after a fresh grooming. The hair on his body was so unevenly cut it like it was chopped with a dull knife. His ears are so uneven I had to trim myself to make it look better. I got a text from the groomer stating that he was so anxious and flinchy that she could not trim his nails or paw pads. He has been groomed for over 5 years and this is the first time I have heard this. My opinion is this is clearly a lack of experience. read more

While we've only had one experience here so far, the rating has been 6-7 stars. The manager, Jillian, was super patient and knowledgeable- answering all of my questions, reassuring me that my dogs would be okay (high anxiety boy, very senior dog, and hyper puppy), and booking their trial visit. Their trial visit went great today! The front desk staff got everything sorted quickly and I loved getting the progress report and knowing they were doing so well. The photos were adorable and also helped me see how they were (you can tell a lot with dog body language). Looking forward to their overnight and daytime visits ahead! read more

We've used this City Bark location several times now for dog boarding and daycare and have had great experiences! We have an American Staffordshire Terrier that doesn't do great in group play settings. It was really hard to find a place nearby that would take her without being ok with group play. City Bark offers a variety of packages for individual play, lets us bring her own toys and blankets for boarding, and treats our girl very well! It's easy to request a reservation online and also communicate via text. Our dog always gets a bath before coming home and she's so soft and clean! I also love the special add-ons they offered during the holidays like a special Thanksgiving meal for $10 or a Christmas photoshoot. We'll definitely continue to rely on City Bark for our dog-watching needs. Glad that they opened and we found them! read more

This place is awesome! I been taking our Malamute puppy from week 10 and she does really good after a day at City Bark. I have her on the puppy school packet and you can tell they work on some things with her. Most important for me is the name recognition and the drop/leave it skills! I would give them a 5 star if they installed cameras as other locations of this chain provide them. read more

Last time I took my dog there (last week) , did not received any photo or any report. My dog could not wait to pee and it took him a long time (his bladder was very full). I left food and I dont even know if they fed him. He had so much energy as if it was in the cage for a long time. Left a message on Messenger, seems they tead it but never responded. Tried to talk to the manager and left a message (I have been polite so I dont even know why they did not replied). Called to another number I found here (in a low review) and same thing. No one answer and still waiting for a reply. A bussiness that don't reply, even for a small issue that could be talked, creates a bad image for their clients. read more

Based on my experience of City Bark (Centennial) staff neglecting my dog's medical care while at doggy day care- NOT a safe place for dogs. My dog needed medical care while at doggy day care. I was told by a staff member they would do this and the instructions were updated in her chart. A few weeks later I looked at the sealed container I gave them with my dog's medical supplies and it had never been opened. When I called them to inform them of what happened, they said they didn't know who was working when they neglected my dog's medical care and there was nothing else they could do about it. A manager was supposed to give me a call and they never did. I will never go back and recommend that dog owners stay far away from this neglectful place. read more

We took our pup to doggy daycare here once (for his interview day). Since then I have tried to contact City Bark to make a reservation for daycare and they do not return my calls or email back a confirmation. We have called at least 6 times (thinking we may have been calling during busy times) over the course of 2 weeks. Every time I call the main line there is no answer (which is concerning) and I've left a message asking for someone to return my call and I hear nothing back. I needed one day of doggy daycare and I submitted a form reservation weeks in advance and never heard anything. This makes me worry if we did drop him off, we wouldn't be able to get in contact with them if something went wrong. I will be trying somewhere else! read more

Do not board your dogs here, I've boarded here twice and each time has come back with an issue that they refuse to help with vet bills. They will also without telling you leave your dog In a small room for 24 hrs a day only potting 3 times a day with no human interaction . You can pay for 30 minutes if interaction time. Artemis Mae loves going to City Bark. It's a little ways away from us but the customer service and value was better than a place closer to us that we had taken our previous pup to. Arty girl is usually not vocal but knows when we arrive at daycare and will yip with joy/run to the door. Everyone greets her like their best friend, even when she gets the happy piddles on the floor while getting her requisite hello belly rubs. My husband will buy her a toy every weekend so I'm sure we're keeping the toy industry in business there but she gets joy choosing her toy on the way out. The ability to text our reservations and get updates is a huge plus for me because I inevitably forget to set an appointment and have to do it on the fly. We also get really cute pictures of Arty girl on social media that feeds into our obsession. read more

Great place! The fur baby loved it and it is less stress on us because we know he's having a good time.

UPDATE- I received a phone call today from one of the managers and she was extremely apologetic for our bad experience. I still am not sure how to feel. I want to believe my dog got the best care while I was gone. After our conversation, I would change our overall rating to 3/5 stars and would consider giving CityBark an opportunity to earn our business in the future. read more

Called Thursday left message for a call back nothing, called Saturday left message, no call back, call this afternoon asked to speak to a manager, they took my name, and was told they call back. Have always loved bringing my dog here. You can definitely tell they make sure the dogs stay active throughout the day. I took off two stars because I have had an issue with them losing my GPS collar for my dog. It's been about 5 weeks since the incident occurred (collar must have gotten mixed up with another dog at boarding) because it went home with another customer. I have been very patient waiting for a returned call or text or anything. If it was a normal collar or anything else they could have lost, I wouldn't care. But a $200 collar ...different story. Haven't even heard back from a manager or anything about this issue and it's been ongoing for awhile. read more

My dog came home covered in pee and smelled terrible. They said it's pretty common for dogs to pee themselves or pee where they sleep (which is not normal) because they get their last walk at 6 pm. I will never leave my dog here again. They have also overcharged me in the past. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I live within a mile away so I was happy when I found a place I could bathe/brush my husky malamute so close to home, but honestly every time I've brought her here I'm a little more disappointed than the last. Today will most likely be my last time taking her here unless I'm really in a crunch, because it is nice they usually have day of or next day availability. I was told to drop her off at 10 AM, and about 2 PM I called to check in with her and they hadn't started her and said maybe she would be ready around 4pm. We called back at 5pm, and apparently she was ready. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted by staff for pick up, which they were busy, I wasn't really in a hurry so it was fine, but when I was told the total it was more than it usually is and I asked why, and we were charged a "half day play" since she was there all day. Which was fine because she was, but it would've been nice to be told an exact time to drop her off and pick her up rather than just having her wait around in a kennel all day. There is still visible dirt and her white fur, and she's still pretty wet from her bath. Maybe they were extra busy today, but I would've rather been told to come another day than her sit around and get a rushed bath and an extra charge after all of that. read more

They were great with the drop in and are very flexible in hours. They didn't seem to like my dog very much..the girl that worked there never had anything nice to say about my dog, and they would put him in "timeouts". He's a puppy for heaven sakes. When I picked him up he would pee in the parking lot. Would not go there again. read more

This place is great! I was extremely nervous to board my shy nervous rescue, but I was reassured at check in that she would be well taken care of and carefully monitored. City bark did an incredible job! My pup was extremely well taken care of and had an amazing time. I was sent daily pictures and she looked very happy in each one. Check in/check out was easy, even had her bathed while staying, and she came out smelling incredible and super soft. Highly recommend for boarding and day play! read more

The service at this location could not be more substandard, poor, and awful!! They don't answer the phone, they take days to confirm a reservation if they confirm it at all, and after all of that they they say they're too full and never mind. Totally unreliable!! My boyfriend and I found this place after researching cat boarding places to leave our fur baby while we went on a vacation. We were gone during the Fourth of July. I have horrible anxiety, especially about leaving my cat, so I thought this would be a good way to keep him safe and cared after while we were gone. But I was definitely wrong. As another reviewer mentioned, I feel like there were hidden costs. We paid for the "Gold" package, which meant my cat would get extra play time, treats, and we would receive photos every day so I could see how he was doing. Depending on how he was looking, we could determine if we needed to cut our trip short or not. Things were fine the first three days when I was receiving the photos, so at first I started to feel better about our decision - but this is when things got extremely stressful. The next day, I waited all day and never received a photo of my cat. So, I sent the number a text to check in on him. Nothing. Naturally, my anxiety started to get the better of me, so I called them and eventually received a photo that day. But the next day, I didn't receive a photo at all. I assumed they were open until 8pm, as their hours say, so in the midst of a panic attack, I reached out to them TWICE to make sure he was okay. They didn't answer either of my calls, nor did they bother to call me back in the morning (I left TWO voicemails BEGGING them to call me back). When I called again the next day, the girl on the phone apologized and promised to send it. She said the photo had been sent but wasn't delivered. Of course, she didn't send it. As a result, I had to get TWO other people involved, and only when one of my family members called and explained the situation to the girl on the phone, Alexis, was when she FINALLY sent a photo, but I'm positive that was because my family member said she would wait for the photo to be delivered rather than trying to give them a chance, like I did. In the end, we had to cut our vacation short because if they can't figure out how to send a photo, what else are they not doing for him? I should also mention they changed their story later - the other girl said that the photo just didn't send, which are two different things. In short, this place is a scam. You pay extra money for these "extra services" they are supposed to give your pet, but there are no cameras and no ways of guaranteeing they are actually providing said services. And when we went to pick him up, they were pretty gruff with us. Polite and got us out quickly at least, but one of the girls seemed annoyed I had been calling so much. But I wouldn't have had to resort to all these things in the first place if they just PICKED UP THE PHONE. Also, another girl, without me asking, said, "Don't worry, we've been playing with him! We promise!" Well, I would beg to differ. It was more like she was trying to convince me that we didn't just waste hundreds of dollars for nothing. Didn't even get a discount for the days the photos didn't send - and it should have been three, not one, as they claim. Because I shouldn't have had to remind them to send those photos. But at this point, I'm just happy to have my boy back. I should add ever since my cat has been back home, he has expressed severe signs of separation anxiety, which is far worse than he ever was staying at home while we were gone. When we got home, he started yelling excitedly, running around our house, and cuddling us. He couldn't be away from us the whole night, something that has never happened before. They never gave us a report card on what behaviors to expect after this experience either, so I don't know what he was doing while he was there. I also want to add this place, among many other City Barks in different locations, was not on the list of PACFA certified kennels. I will never visit this place again. Do not recommend. read more
