My best girl, Paisley is a transfer from another Camp Bow Wow. It was hard to move her from one day care facility to another as she adored the dogs and staff at her previous camp. I chose to continue with another Camp Bow Wow because of the Live Cams, as I want to be able to check in during the day to see how Paisley is doing. I got a good feeling about Camp Bow Wow Boulder as soon as I walked in just to check things out. The front desk person was super helpful and very friendly and walked me through what would be needed to transfer Paisley. When I brought Paisley the first day, I was very happy to see that they put the doggies right into the yard, not into cabins as was the routine at the previous Camp. As soon as the dogs arrive, their day of fun and interaction with other dogs begins. I really liked that. Paisley adjusted to her new camp surroundings immediately and I saw her wagging her tail in happiness on that first day and each day since. The staff that I have met so far at CBW-Boulder are very friendly and welcoming. I am glad I made the switch to Camp Bow Wow - Boulder and I know, in my heart, that Paisley is in good hands. The people that work here are wonderful! This is a great and convenient place for me to take my dog if he needs some socialization and pup-sitting. I feel very comfortable with the staff here, as everyone seems extremely well-informed about various dog behavior, not to mention the staff is super friendly, too. My dog is quite big and athletic, so although the daycare area is a bit small for him (I take him to another place if he needs to run a bit), the facilities are very clean and, again, the staff is incredibly kind and watchful of the dogs. I love to spy on my dog on their webcam, and I see the staff petting dogs and giving them attention throughout the day, which is really sweet. If you are looking for a safe, socially-interactive facility that has great hours for your dog either for daycare or overnight, this is it! I only wish that they were open for daycare on the weekends. This business definitely deserves these solid five stars! read more

Our last boarding experience at CBB was great. We have never boarded Annie, our Beagle Mix, for more than three nights and so we were a little worried how she would do with a 7 night stay. The live cams are great. Being out of town, we could check in on her and could see she was doing well and enjoying herself. Because of a snow storm I had to call and let them know we could not pick her up as planned but later in the day. No problem. Annie was happy to see us, and tired. :) I think she lost weight, which was good for her. She slept a lot the first two days, but now is back to normal. Folks there are so nice. We have been taking our very excited and social dog to Camp Bow Wow for about 2 years, since he was just a little pup. We love the communication and service they provide for us. When we went on a 3-week trip to Europe, we emailed to check on how he was doing and they immediately sent us a response assuring us our dog was having a great time and even included some pictures of him running around enjoying his playtime. Camp Bow Wow is our go-to boarding and daycare option because we feel confident they care about the dogs as much as we do. The staff members at Camp Bow Wow are always so friendly and kind when we come in. My dog, Roxy, is still a puppy and can get a little rowdy; she likes to play pretty hard. At other day cares she has on occasion been sent home with a "warning" because she "plays too hard." I noticed at Camp Bow Wow, the staff members simply separate her from the group for a half hour or so until she calms down, when they let her rejoin the group. I appreciate this so much. It's the perfect way to handle it, and I'm really grateful for their patience and loving care. I also appreciate their COVID safety protocols. We love that Camp Bow Wow is so close to our apartment and that their excellent camera coverage allows us to check on our dog while we're at work. When we take our dog over near Camp Bow Wow, he gets so excited that he might have a chance at a day of doggie fun that he literally jumps up and down. We are very happy and secure knowing that when we drop him off, he's going to be supervised throughout a long day of excitement with a whole bunch of sociable dogs! Our fur babies love CBW! We can't even say those words out loud at home unless it's a play day because they will race to the door excited to go see all their other family and friends at CBW! Everyone comes home happy and tired. Our old girl, Moonlight, loved visiting as well, and the staff loved on her fiercely! She so loved being the center of attention there. Chloe has done great at camp bow wow boulder. Of course she is antisocial with other animals, but she clings to the employees. During overnights stays, the webcams are perfect for spying on your loved one. The app has a few buffering glitches, but for the most part works great. I drive from cheyenne just to use the boulders amenities and great people. Highly recommend them, distance is worth the security of a well loved pet camp/overnight stay. read more

Our golden retriever has a great time at Camp Bow Wow. Our daughter has been taking care of our dog while we are traveling. We all love the same standards each location upholds, especially our dog! I have been bringing my two dogs to Camp Bowwow for daycare for over 5 years. they absolutely LOVE it. The only time my older golden barks is when we get to camp bowwow to drop him off. He barks so they know he is there, and can let him back to play. We have never had any problems, the staff is always friendly, it is always clean, and the dogs always come home TIRED. I first took my dog here because it was close to work...after just the initial visit, we wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are great, both with people and puppy clients alike! The early opening and later closing make it even more convenient and the webcam is a nice feature too. Charlie is excited to walk in and will let himself through the door to go see his buddies. We walk through the door and he is greeted with "Charlie!" The adjectives most people use to describe him are Big, Goofy, Cute, and Fluffy!!! (pronounced like the little kid from The Minions). Topher loves everything about camp bow wow! Baths, enrichment, and the social with other dogs, and the staff. The photos I receive gets sent to close family once I obtain it while at work either on my phone or an email. We have tried a few different dog day care businesses in Boulder, and BowWow stands out above the rest. Our 6-month-old puppy is always treated well. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. My dog loves this place but the customer service is below average. I've gone to multiple doggy daycares (from moving around) where you walk in and the employees are exited to see your dog and sometimes know them by name. Here the employees seem like they don't want to be there and don't care. Luckily my dog goes for the other dogs. read more
