I contacted Susan to find out about her services with What a Pet Wants Pet Sitting. She came over to the house to meet us, as well as the three guys, and talk about the company's services. Right at the beginning, I felt very comfortable with her watching over our guys. They were a little skittish with a new person, but one of them did initially come up to her. It has now been 13 months utilizing her services. During this time, they have watched our pets approximately 7-8 times. She has provided nothing but exceptional service each and every time. Two instances come to mind that demonstrated her remarkable and trustworthy work ethic. Our plane was delayed and forced us to arrive back home much later than expected. A quick text to Susan and she took care of the guys for an additional day. The second time was during a short notice unplanned trip, she was able to cover the days. Me and my wife sincerely appreciate Susan and her pet sitting. We always enjoy her notes on what the guys did while she is there. Looking forward for using her pet services for years to follow.

She is totally pooped when I go pick her up. There's an app you can download to see your pup through out the day. Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!

They are such a blessing for days that the girls wouldn't be able to play outside at home, due to the weather. They go above and beyond and even listen to feedback. I am so grateful that there are people like them that truly care about your pets just as much as you care about them. I highly recommend this place! One of my favorite features is it's so much fun to be able to see them interacting on camera. They clean thoroughly each night and make sure the girls eat. We…read morehave a "challenging" rescue dog, who tends to be a little territorial with visitors (and anyone near our house really), and has a few odd quirks on walks, so I was initially nervous hiring a dog walker because of this. But, Ashley is the best! She took a lot of time to meet with us before going solo with our dog, and really listened to my concerns and advice on the best way to make our dog comfortable with her. She has also worked with a local trainer (the same that we have used actually) so she has a great background in dog behavior and is very knowledgable. She's had many years in the pet sitting business and this is exactly that for her- a full time business. She's licensed and insured and far more responsible than your neighbors college age kid for pet sitting. I really appreciate that Ashley is very detail oriented and trustworthy- she is at my house when she says she will be, my dog is always fed, safe and happy, and my house is always locked and armed when she leaves. (Honestly, this is more than I can even manage some days lol) She's really one of the few people I trust with my crazy/challenging dog, and one of the few people that my dog seems to like and trust as well, and that in itself is a very high recommendation!
