What a fun coffee place! Went with my friends-one of whom is now a local. She told us it is the best coffee place around! I got a hot latte with whipped cream and it was very good. Our barista Tessa was very personable. Would definitely go back! It's a popular spot. It was a beautiful day to walk around town. A lot of people were sitting out on the patio. read more

I love this place! It's just a small shop with no inside seating but a few patio spots. Everytime I visit here the baristas are so kind, welcoming and genuinely ask how you are and care about your business. The coffee is the best in Gunnison/CB. I get and iced or hot vanilla latte every time and it's so consistently good. read more

Probably one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! Absolutely delicious. The shop is so cute and we also grabbed some coffee grounds to go. read more

Camp 4 Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Crested Butte, Colorado

Checked this out based on a good buddy's recommendation. He also happens to be a coffee nerd. This place did not disappoint. Perfect cup of coffee!! Latte to be exact. And super cool mountain town vibe. Highly recommend. read more

Really just okay. I don't know what all the fuss is about? The wait was 10 minutes and it more than doubled while we were waiting. The pastries were fantastic!! Very good and would go back for that alone. We got three drinks, an iced caramel latte, a hot white chocolate mocha and two spicy chais. The caramel latte was good! Mellow flavor and just a typical latte. The spicy chai should be taken VERY seriously. LOTS of spice it almost just tasted like pepper. The white chocolate mocha was incredibly bitter, not very good flavor. To me it was just a real overpriced run of the mill coffee, not bad but not my first choice, i wish they had something a little more specific to them? From the outside its hard to see whats exciting about the shop and worth the wait? read more

Camp 4 Coffee - The yummy pastries and the menu in the back - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Crested Butte, Colorado

Good coffee and great service. The ambiance is nothing special as it's pretty much a grab and go place. Pastry selection is limited but pretty good, including sweet and savory options. They have a basic smoothie but no protein powder. read more

Camp 4 Coffee has to be part of your Crested Butte experience! This is a small coffee shop that offers some sweet pastries. If you are looking for an actual breakfast sandwich or a meal, this is not the spot for you. However, if you would like to enjoy a hot coffee or tea with the beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend this place! Many people sit outside after ordering. There no room inside the shop for seating. As I sat outside on a wooden reclined chair, I enjoyed the beautiful sky, fall leaves and my hot chai latte - perfect way to start the day! read more

Stopped for coffee around 9AM on a Sunday morning (Labor Day weekend) and the line was to the street, so probably about a 20 minute wait until getting inside? I enjoy stopping here when were in town for their spicy chai, and stocking up on a new bag of coffee beans. They have a good deal where if you purchase a bag of beans, you get a free espresso or drip coffee (or Americano I think? can't remember). We got a bag of their bestselling Organic Sledgehammer along with a spicy chai, and free shot of espresso. The wait is worth it always and the wait staff is super nice. I like how unpretentious the place is, and the prices are reasonable for a mountain town. read more

Cool spot on main. Great local coffee with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoyed the cold brew while walking around .

Always great coffee. Sledgehammer is my favorite one. The staff was so friendly, highly recommended.

Wow!! I got an iced caramel latte with oatmilk and I was so impressed. I also got a raspberry cream cheese pastry. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It is in a cute little building as well. I was sad when I finished my coffee because I wanted more. I will be back when I come back to crested butte. read more

Usually good but this morning's Americano was bad. It had coffee grounds on the bottom of the drink. Poor barista skills. 12/24 around 10 am

The staff was incredibly rude. Not just once but twice to our group. Coffee wasn't even that great to be treated so terrible.

The coffee was great and the line moved quickly. We'd absolutely come back again. Well done read more

A local recommended this place as the best coffee in Crested Butte so we had to try it. It did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I give their coffee a 10/10. He had a cappuccino and I had drip coffee. It was perfectly roasted and had the perfect foam/steamed milk ratio. The welcome surprise was the selection of freshly baked goods. We ordered a scone and the spinach feta croissant. The lady who helped us was nice enough to offer to heat it for us and totally recommend you do that with the spinach croissant. When you are at 9,500 ft elevation, baked goods can be hit or miss. Happy to report, their baked goods were phenomenal. Another 10/10, we would not change a thing. They have a pretty and shaded patio area to enjoy your breakfast. It is peaceful and neatly decorated with license plates all over the outside of the building. We rarely give a 10/10 on all areas (food, ambiance and service) so it is worth stopping by. read more

Suffice to say that this place is so good it could be its own destination resort. I consider myself a coffee connoisseur and Camp4 is the gold standard. Service is amazing and helpful. Keep in mind it is a "to go" place in the winter with no indoor seating - but it does have seating outside. If you like coffee there is no where else to go that is as good in Colorado....or even the entire lower 48! Camp4 - your first and last stop in Crested Butte! read more

Excellent cafe americano and drip coffee. Best blueberry scone I've had in years - had the scone two days in a row. Quaint and cozy, and very friendly staff. Open earlier than most. read more

I have had vanilla lattes from hundreds of coffee shops around the US and Canada spanning two decades. This is the first time I have actually thrown away my drink and wasted it instead of drinking it. It was served piping hot so I drove for a few minutes before taking a sip. It was the most overwhelmingly bitter, burnt and just awful tasting latte. I prefer subtle vanilla taste vs overly sweet but this had no taste of vanilla detected. I believe it's because they have such burnt tasting espresso. I drink my coffee black whenever I am not having a vanilla latte, so the fact that I dumped this drink is saying a lot. I got a spinach feta pastry warmed. It was not very warm and the dough was not cooked through all the way. It's a little building with the line out of the door and nowhere to sit. It's very small and crowded inside. Service is mechanical. I went and bought a latte down the street elsewhere. read more

Great coffee and snacks, but definitely a long line in the busy times of year. Still recommend but maybe try at an off peak time. Although, the line moves pretty quickly. read more

One of the best plain ol' vanilla lattes I have ever had. The girl working was also the sweetest!

Good coffee and pastries. Nice out door seating. Friendly and appreciative staff. Recommend .

Not ADA compliant with disabilities act. My service dog was very unwelcome, as was I. I got a condensending comment from the staff girl who was sweeping the rug instead of assisting customers to tie my dog outside. When I informed her that he was actually a service animal, she repeated it a snide way and gave me the side eye. Then proceeded to ignore me at the counter when I was waiting to order. I then asked if it was going to be a problem and she ignored me and didn't assist me. After waiting a few minutes I told her actually I would just leave. She ignored me then also. Please don't bring your business here there are so many wonder coffee shops in crested butte. This was a discriminatory and unwelcoming experience. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope those who care about other with disabilities will do the same. I hope this review helps the owner employ caring and empathetic individuals only. Maybe it was just this one girl workin at 2pm on 10/2, but her judgmental additive has lost me as a customer. I will be following up with the ADA so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Discriminatory people should not work in hospitality. read more

Great coffee in a quaint location. As a southerner, it was too cold to sip my coffee on the porch but I loved the layout!

Very rude staff that yelled at everyone to get out, including a baby. They should fire the staff that yells at their customers to get out. If that's the owner, she should do something else. We will not be back. read more

Great coffee and the barista was very friendly. Would recommend this place if in crested butte.

Best coffee shop in Crested Butte! Great coffee & pastries, nice environment (lovely outdoor seating among the aspen trees) and friendly staff. Loved it! read more

Good coffee! Latte was a bit pricy, but the vibes were good! Also very good baked goods

Great, flavorful coffee and a cozy outdoor seating area. We'll bring some beans back with us to enjoy at home.

Love the coffee here! Every time I get to CB this is the coffee stop! Local favorite and can't miss
