They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Consisting of, the physical & occupational aspects of recovery. But also, acute neuropathy, & a bunch stuff I really don't remember. My only memories are with how much care & heartfelt the staff were, with my fried, post dead coma; brain while I was inpatient recovery. After spending so long in MULTIPLE places to resolve issues. I have been to a different Spooner location on several occasions, and they have always been great…read more My recent visit to this location, a bit closer to my home, was no different. I had injured my left foot while exercising on my treadmill at home, and Spooner got me in right away once I realized that I would need a physical therapist. I was assigned to Emily, who is as fantastic, professional, and helpful as every other Spooner therapist has been with me. She knew what she was doing, and I progressed so well that I was discharged earlier than expected. My wife has also had fantastic therapists at this location, so I highly recommend coming here if you have need of their services. A tip: The dedicated entrance to the Spooner facility is on the south side of the office building, so you'll want to park in the parking lot between the building and the freeway. Spooner has a few marked spaces in front of the sidewalk that leads to their entrance. It may not look at first like an entrance you can use, but it is. While I believe you can also access their suite through the hallway leading from the main entrance for the building, that's usually a long unnecessary walk--and depending on your injury, you might appreciate less walking. :)

I can honestly say these people don't care about their patients. They are solely driven by taking ur money, with providing the least amount of service and hospitality possible! Essentially once they have your insurance, & don't have to rely on you paying every visit. After a miserable experience, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls to get you back in. Few years passed, & after suffering a shoulder dislocation, I set up another appointment two weeks in advance, thinking they might be under new management. I showed up within minutes of my appointment, and 30 minutes gone by with the receptionist only coming out from the back once. She notified doctor Sonya I was waiting to see her, patient after patient came in, all but one was complaining about how these people always make them wait in the lobby for ever. With one lady arguing with her mother, contemplating just walking into the back and interrupting the lounge session. After occupying the lobby for over an hour and half, the doctor finally comes out and apologizes because they made some mistake and probably double book. Despite pulling up my appointment on the computer, I was asked by the doctor to wait 30 min and they will see me. I waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist came out and asked me to wait an additional hour and half, at which point I walked out. I have never met a company more deserving of bankruptcy. We have to stop funding subpar business or they will never change! If you love your country, & have any respect for Pat Tillman or his family, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment.
