Working with Ian was a pleasure, while evaluating me each week and working my muscles I also enjoyed talking with him about things going on in our lives. Ian would then hand me off to Kailee (or "Sergeant Kailee" as I called her) who would take me through 15 or so exercises. The most frustrating part has been my interaction with my main therapist post appointment. He assigned exercises in an online portal that comes with videos but one exercise had a broken video, which still hasn't been fixed, and many of the exercises don't tell you what the target muscles are. Furthermore, there is a feedback section with each exercise: I filled out some question after my first workout and never heard back. After contacting my therapist about this he told me it's better to do via email, which isn't very convenient. What's the point of the feedback section. Overall, I just feel like my therapist isn't putting the work in and it's very frustrating.

Together they assisted me on the road to recovery. Averill is very personable and a great guide for recovery. Averill, along with Christian, Jessie, Scott, and a several other physical therapists guided me every step of the way with care. They allowed me to push myself hard but without allowing me to endanger my well-being. The Center is state of the art, super clean and there is plenty of parking. The center is conveniently located inside the Victorium.

I want to give this center a better review but I can't. I went to a PT here 2 years ago for IT band…read moreissues. She was good and gave me exercises that I could do with her and at home. It worked. Now in October 2018, I was sent here for a hamstring issue. The PT said it was a piriformis problem and we did therapy for over a month with no improvement. After an MRI in November showing a hamstring TEAR, I went back to the PT thinking that exercises needed to help a torn hamstring had to be different than that for piriformis. I went back and oh yes, now he tells me to NOT do any of the exercises he had me doing for piriformis. These are all contraindicated. And BTW, my hamstring pain increased over this period of time. Having no faith now in this PT, I sought a second opinion from another PT that I had gone to for previous injuries. He re-assessed the hamstring and gave me a set of totally different exercises. Still no relief, so after seeing my Dr. again, we have decided on cortisone injections coming up. When I told him the first PT had originally said it was a piriformis issue, he said, "I love it when PT's play Dr." Bottom line, I started PT in October and I truly believe the exercises he gave me initially made the problem worse. I trusted him to help, not exacerbate the problem. It is now February and I am looking at cortisone injections in March. Very disappointing.

I did intake with Dr. Taylor and PT with Dr. Kevin and Lance w/ support from Dr. Tom and I am actually back stronger than ever now. Definitely feel like a jerk for not adding this sooner but life got crayola there for a moment. Truly grateful for all of the excellent practitioners here. I have been going here for the past 2 months twice a week doing physical therapy for a total knee replacement. From the front office check-in staff to my therapist, Kevin Allen, I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the fact that my therapist was always on time for my appointments. Kevin showed me empathy, encouragement and a large variety of exercises I could do at home in between my appointments. He was always very patient with me on days when my knee felt a little stiff. He is a great listener and always gave me tips not only for exercises put something as simple as the balm he used in massaging my knee. He pushed me just enough to make me want to do more both here and at home. Now that my time is over I will continue my therapy at at gym going 3 times a week using the equipment that I don't have at home. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful physical therapy experience!

Doctor Brandon Boothe is absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen in my 78 year life. He takes…read morequality time to understand your problem without hurrying you so that he can get to another patient, then explains the course of treatment that he believes will work and explains that his goal is to treat you the least amount of times necessary to hopefully cure your issue. My neck and shoulder pain had been going on for about 20 months and seeing two different medical doctors and three different chiropractors did me no good at all. Brandon also said that he doesn't do a whole bunch of x-rays nor will he expect you to come to any more appointments than are absolutely necessary. The primary reasons for saying Dr. Brandon is the best doctor I've ever been to are that he is extremely knowledgeable-very compassionate- keeps you informed about what is happening and why-and suggested that I get an MRI to see if part of my problem is degenerative and explained what he can, or can't, do about that. In addition to his top level medical knowledge and practices, he is a humble person that is very easy to communicate with and doesn't promise anything he can't deliver.

I have a disease that mimics MS and as an added bonus a rotator cuff tear and RA. As someone who has been to various acupuncture folks, he is by far the best.
