With alacrity "All Fit Tailoring and Alterations" took the decayed blanket and gave it new life. When I presented it to my mom today it brought her so much ease and "loved it". Seeing her peaceful after a long time was a priceless moment. Thank-you for taking me on as a client, being efficient and altering my mothers blanket with so much care. I now have a completely NEW wardrobe and am able to wear all the wonderful things I had in my wardrobe. He no longer has a shop, and so will come to you to pick up your items and deliver them back to you. He came to pick up 6 pants for hemming - a relatively simple job, which he promised to have back in 2 days. I agreed on his price - no negotiating - and I trusted him (that's on me!). 2, 3, 5 days, a week goes by - and I do not hear anything back from him. I text him on day 9 - and I honestly think he never got to any of my pants. He promises to drop them off the next day (day 10), which he does with the building concierge (as he does not keep the time he had promised even then, and I had to step out). When I check out the pants later, 2 are fine, 1 is done completely wrong, and 3 are not even touched - exactly as before. I text him respectfully with photos, letting him know that he might have forgotten to do 3 of the pants - no accusations, just a polite text (gave him the benefit of the doubt). No response, no resolution. He has the full $$ amount, and only did a third of the work. I'm now stuck having to look for another **honest** tailor to finish the job. Gregory sir - what you did is not right. I trusted you, paid you in full, communicated with you in good faith, and you didn't do a simple job. You cheated me.
