I purchased a year of NESN, then discovered that there is no NESN app for Samsung TVs. I asked for a refund and they said "yes" with no friction. Too many interactions with businesses include them trying to convince me that there's a work around or that I could make do with something less. NESN just said "ok" and for that I'm grateful. I still need to figure out how to get NESN when the Sox start up in the Spring. I stream Hulu Live TV which does not include NESN and may switch to Fubo, which does. Cheaper than buying a new TV :-)
