What a way to start off Valentine's Day!!! Super Cool spot in Spring Branch...very clean, organized and their Brand is clear. They are unique in that they make their syrups and pastries in house. That's my ultimate favorite non-commercial pastries. They are famous for their sausage rolls and I must say it was Devine:) I got their Hazelnut S'mores latte. Cheddar and chive scone Neapolitan shortbread cookies. Only 5 minutes from me so I shall be back frequently!!!!!

Location is kinda random, but it's actually not too far from memorial city, if you're in the area. I love a coffee shop that makes their own syrups, so when I saw they make their own GINGERBREAD syrup and was in the area, I had to stop by! I got half sweet, but I think next time I would get regular sweetness to really let the gingerbread flavor shine. It's not too sweet at all, and perfect for the chilly weather we are having rn. Customer service was also great, they were all super nice. I saw they had a few pastry options, but none that are veg/halal friendly. Wish there were a few more options savory food wise. Sweet Pastries/cookies looked good though- might give them a try next time!

Love to support local biz and I enjoyed my regular 12oz coffee today along with the sausage roll and a peach cobbler dessert for later. They usually have some cool danish and scones. I also saw from Nitro Coffee today! Friendly service and casual ambiance. It's by Blalock and Long Point. Highly recommended!

One of my coffee shops I frequently rotate! A local mom n pop coffee shop with amazing coffee and pastries a vibrant shop that the locals know and love. Rotating seasonal drink menu, freshly baked kolaches, scones, cookies, and shortcake. Dishes in this review: Mango sticky rice latte - this will probably be my 2nd favorite latte to get here and they just recently introduced this! Cranberry scone - I don't think I've ever had a 'bad' or dry pastry here ever I always recommend the kolaches here and the cambrian latte (their specialty latte)

I was greeted by some of the friendliest workers I've ever met on both visits, back-to-back. Great place to set up a relaxing coffee date or a slow workday, with plenty of sunlight and open seating. There's also an outdoor patio available. I tried an iced coffee with the Snickers Fix flavor and a maple sausage roll! I've never had a sausage roll croissant that good, OMG! It's almost irresistible! Nice spot, amazing food and coffee, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Came by for a cup of coffee and their wonderful Cheese and Chive Scones over here at Spring Branch's number one coffee spot. Shoutout to Yvette for great customer service and for taking great care of me!!! :-)

A great addition to the SB neighborhood. I like to stop by for a quick coffee fix. Plenty of tables but it was quite crowded when I was there, a mix of people hanging out, studying, or working. I love the open lighting from the all glass wall. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered my go-to ice chai and it was delish. Plenty of parking in the plaza strip and convenient location in the area. Wish they stay open a bit later in the day but understandably they close early because of they open pretty early in the day.

Love this coffee spot was given a pay it forward token back in 2020 and have never used it until today...so glad they don't expire. I order nitro cold brew and Carmel latte. Both were sooooo good. Nitro cold brew made my hair follicles tingle which is a very good thing! Smooth and creamy. I love that the whole establishment reflects dinosaurs and that era. The staff know their regulars and they stay busy. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service friendly forward!!!!! Clean and cute bathrooms! Parking is small but overflow goes to gas station Nextdoor. Saw customers on zoom meetings, studying and catching up with friends. I will be back!

Stopped in during my lunch break with a coworker. It's such a cute spot, the decor is absolutely adorable. Our barista was friendly and our drinks came out very quickly. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and their Cambrian syrup which is a honey and cinnamon blend. It was fantastic, I honestly wish I would have asked for more of the syrup because it was so good. The flavor of the matcha was earthy and strong enough to still taste over the syrup. Overall, I think this is a solid spot for a quick matcha break.

Iced Cambrian Latte scone and sausage roll

Obviously very popular coffee shop with focused themed and friendly staff. Rolled though on a late Friday morning just ahead of the crowd, so even on weekdays that get high traffic. Menu is concise with some house made syrups and the basic treatments for coffee available. It would've been nice to see a few more unique flavors perhaps. The 2 people behind the counter were very chipper and happy to interact with us. Coffee came out quickly and in cutesy cups; always appreciate good branding. We also got a scone that was tasty and appropriately dry, as Richard Lewis said to Larry David "you got what you paid for". The sausage roll cabinet had a Union Jack on it , which makes me think it's the UK version of a kolache. It was flaky dough with a well seasoned uncased sausage running through the middle. Overall I liked it, but it was a tad greasy. The vibes were bright and airy. Enough seating for a dozen people or so, and they had a high chair available too! Coffee complimented the space; definitely would come back, as there's plenty of passion put into this place to keep the quality high.

Cambrian shaken espresso with oatmilk, & a thank you note from them

I want to start by saying I LOVE THIS COFFEE SHOP. Best small business I have been to in a while! This is my everyday go to! I literally mean EVERYDAY!! I order the same exact drink and it is always the same and so delicious! Coffee has an amazing flavor. My husband Cesar and I have literally tried every coffee shop in Houston and surrounding areas and I can vouch this is the best place to go if you want TRUE coffee not just sugary drinks like other places! They have homemade syrups and amazing seasonal drinks. Pastries are freshly made and sooo delicious!! I love the service here. I know everyone and they are amazing. Apart from just their amazing attitude they actually take the time to explain and not rush you. Make it customizable to you. You walk in and you see your regulars on their laptops, you see your elderly getting their daily coffee. What can I say the ambiance is just out of this world! The theme of the shop is unique! If you want and amazing drink try the Cambrian shaken espresso with oatmilk! Thank you Cambrian coffee and team!!

Loved it!! I had the blueberry vanilla latte and my friend got the hazelnut latte. The hazelnut was deep and rich--so good--and my latte was just as amazing. Plus, the dinosaur theme was such a fun touch. 10/10, absolutely loved it!

Consistently great latte art

Consistently great coffee, friendly owner and great skilled baristas. Have properly sized ceramic cups for drinking in and the baristas consistently create great latte art. They have many fresh house made baked goods but unfortunately no vegan options. Also has easy parking.

Reminds us of the banana milk cans we got back in japan. An absolute delight that ill probably keep getting til they rotate it out Tried their chairoi banana which is the espresso variant of the matcha verison and it's good but I think the matcha mixes much better with the bananas Yuki matcha - white chocolate matcha- I personally liked this one quite a bit but I can see it wouldn't be for everyone. They were extremely patient with me upon ordering when I had a lot of questions, even though there were people waiting behind me. They were informative, had great energy, and were also hustling to get people their orders as quickly as possible Food/Drinks, 10/10: As a vegan, coffee shops can be hit or miss, especially on the food. Having clearly labeled vegan options made it easy for me to have confidence with my choice (vegan all day). The bread was perfectly warm but not hard. Great flavor. I also asked for a matcha with strawberry puree & no foam to meet my dietary needs. It was delicious! The person I was with had no the smoked salmon avocado toast and what I recall to be the amazon cloud. She rated them both 10/10 with no hesitation. Very flavorful and refreshing. The last time I was here, a server took our order. However, this time, after waiting for a looooong time at our table, I discovered that all ordering should be done at the counter. I like how open and spacious the place is but the booth seats were in poor condition, with extreme cracks and peeling pleather. Also, many of the tablets were dirty and I had to get up and ask for napkins to clean up the stains. Help was very limited during this visit. The baristas were engrossed in making drinks and didn't seem very friendly or eager to help with questions. On the bright side, the young gal who brought out our food and drinks was really nice and helpful. She even offered to spray down our table and wipe it clean for us after she saw how icky it was. There's a Pick 3 toasts for $24.95 option and we chose two smoked salmon toasts and one avocado toast. They were decently good. It was a nice light meal to share between two of us. However, the quality of the drinks has declined. The strawberry matcha used to be excellent but the flavor has lost its vibrancy. I would not order it again.

Now for the coffee: I've tried their speciality drinks, the hot brewed coffee, and flat white. They are all OK. Not bad but not great. Not enough strong coffee flavor in my opinion. Flavors are a little off but get the job done. Prices are fair - maybe a tad on the pricey side. Worth it if you're going to sit inside the coffee shop and get work done or meet up with friends. I would go here to meet with friends but not necessarily for the best coffee in town.
