Pegasus was recommended to us by a local hotel (for wedding guest transport), and all of the Google reviews are glowing! However, right from the start, customer service seemed to be severely lacking. I requested a quote online on Monday (immediately received an automated email acknowledging my request and indicating that I would receive a response "very soon"). I waited until Wednesday - after not receiving any communication, I followed up via email (the email they have listed on their site). Waited until Friday. Still nothing. I called first thing in the morning on Friday, but apparently while their hours are 6am-5pm, their Sales Team does not start until 8am. No biggie. The lady on the phone took down my name and number and told me that someone would give me a call before 9am. (side note: I did not mention my 2 previous requests... simply approached it like a brand new inquiry) 11:30am rolled around - nothing. So I called again - this time I did mention that I had called in the morning and didn't receive a call back. I finally got through to someone on the Sales Team, and she gave me her email address (I believe this was her direct email address, as it is not the same as the one listed on their website) and told me what information she needs me to include in my email. I emailed her all of the information within minutes of hanging up the phone. I received a proposal about 3.5hrs later, reviewed it and found that it did not take into account the details I had provided. I replied to the quote within 20 minutes of receiving it, requesting a quote with the details I had already provided. Today is now Thursday of the following week, and I've not received any response or updated quote. I've decided to book with another transit provider. Update: it's now Tuesday of the next week and I've finally received an updated quote. 2025 Update: I received a phone call from Pegasus in the second week of March 2025 inquiring if I was still interested in their services. lol

So for a bus that travels to another county if you miss the 3:30PM BUS your STUCK! It's a school bus that has been redone on the inside to provide you ample with space and room to hang out and relax during your trip. Also the seats have been moved to face inward so that you can hangout and talk to people with ease. Second the owners. The owners are simply amazing. They were so nice. They made you feel welcomed the minute you board that bus. And what can I say about meatball. That bulldog is hands down the best bulldog ever. On our trip we went to 4 breweries. They all we really nice and they provide you with more than enough beer to satisfy your cravings. We started off at Ventura then went to Carpinteria and finally ended at Santa Barbara. I didn't really know what to expect going on this beer tour but what ended up happening was such a…read moregood time. My boyfriend and I (he was the one that convinced me to go!) met at the start location to get a ride from Santa Clarita to Ventura.( They said they have tours that start in Ventura as well.) We drive up and see this amazing modified school bus. This bus stands out in the best of ways. We saw one of the owners standing outside the bus, she greeted us and then we went on inside this beast of a bus. The inside is even cooler! I swear, I have no other way of explaining other than it's like a limo. The seats are facing each other so it's easier to have conversations. The lighting is so chill, I was already excited. As we walked in, the other owner welcomed us aboard the awesome brew bus and we took the last seats next to each other. When we sat down we met their most wonderful mascot the english bulldog, Meatball. He was so nice and well-behaved. ( I figured mascot as they have meatballs face on their awesomely designed bus) The ride up wasn't long and they played nice music so it went by even faster. Once we arrived, we found ourselves at the Anacapa Brewing Company where we officially met everyone on the tour. We were given a flight of tasters. It was perfect because I love trying all kinds of beers, but not a whole pint each. Once everyone got the flights on the table, everyone started talking to each other. So any sense of awkwardness i had, disappeared at that moment. Were then boarded the bus and all headed Surf Brewery, which was another great place. Different tasting beers than the first place and another great atmosphere. We were given a piece of paper with 4 beers to choose from for your flight. We chatted it up with other people that were on the bus and we were just saying how much fun this was. The third place we went to was in Carpinteria called Island Brewing Company. When we walked up to this place, you can see the train tracks and a beautiful view of the sky slowly setting. We got to have a tour of how the beer is made there and loved being able to go behind the scenes. After we were given our flights of beer, we went outside were we could put our beer down and watch the sunset. As the sun was almost down, we went onto the bus for one last place. Pure Order Brewing Company in Santa Barbara which was not far at all from where we were. We hopped off the bus to find we were in a pimped out garage with such a cool backyard with games to just chill and hang out. We were given our last flight of beer. They were good too. What I realized was whether you go with someone or just by yourself, you will have a good time. For a day, you get to hang out with a group of people that just want to have fun and enjoy all kinds of different beer. The owners are amazing and you can tell how much they want us to have fun and stress free. I will definitely be going on this again. They told us that they have other breweries on their tour as well, which I thought was super cool. Consider me a fan guys, I've officially warmed up to beer thanks to Brew Bus 101.

I was honestly skeptical of this place because I'm so used to hearing the other names when it comes to renting a car but not anymore I will forever be a committed customer for any of these needs! My husband ended up renting a Tahoe here which lead us to wanting that as our new family car! Sai was the most understanding and most helpful with everything, we literally left two other places because of the consistent up charge or hidden fees Sai was straight up and considerate of the extra obstacles we had! Please check this place out sooooo worth it!!!! Ps. My husband is extremely picky with people and places and for him to rave about a place and someone speaks highly about them! I spoke with the general manager Sai Rassoli who was incredibly helpful and informed me that they are a local franchise. They really care regarding customer service and their fleet is top flight. Ours was a brand new 2026 Chevy suburban fully loaded and it was a pleasure to drive. It made the trip so enjoyable. I can't recommend Dollar car rental in Ventura on Main Street enough. For our future car rentals, I will certainly look to them first. And thank you very much for your wonderful customer service.
