Go Green is always on time, professional, and extremely considerate. They help us with our bags on pickup and delivery. They even open and close my car door. Their vehicles are always clean and they have a snack and drink ready. Believe me after a long flight that bottle of water and granola bar look pretty good. We will continue to use their service in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing shuttle service to or from the airport. I have no problem giving a 10/10 without reservation. We ended up having a great experience. The driver was friendly, professional, kept track of our arrival time and stayed in contact by cell phone. We waited until the anticipated time and watched a Silverwing bus drive right by us. We call them and they said if we hurried we could catch the bus at the next terminal! I'm 76, my wife is 72, and we had our luggage. My wife did manage to get to the next terminal. The driver's excuse was "it just slipped my mind." Just about the worst customer service we have ever had. I would not recommend Silverwing to anyone.

I thought I would receive some good hotel and tour recommendations, but what I received was much more valuable. At every hotel/B&B/Castle we stayed in we received upgrades (free breakfast/ larger rooms with 5-Star views/ complementary massages, etc...) that were worth at least $2,000 when added up (although it is hard to put a price on some of the views). Also to my surprise, our airfare was lower than what we had found using various travel websites. Cathy met with us several times before our trip to insure she had covered all of our needs and then tracked us during our travels to insure we were receiving all of the extra perks, and upon our return she inquired as to any changes we would suggest to the itinerary she suggested. Instead, what you actually get is a one-hour train ride, a tiny carton of chocolate milk, a small candy cane from Santa that seemed like it had been sitting around for a while, and a cookie... except they had already run out by the time we got ours. There were enough people on the train that they were probably bringing in well over $1,200 for a single one-hour ride, yet two seats were covered with plastic bags because, I'm guessing, some kids couldn't hold their hot cocoa. Little details like that made it feel like corners were being cut. The train staff, however, were fantastic. The conductors were genuinely friendly and treated my daughter wonderfully. Santa was believable, warm, and exactly what you'd hope for. The kids also ended up singing Christmas songs together because none of the staff were really performers, but everyone did their best to keep the atmosphere festive. Here's the funny part: while I spent the whole ride mentally calculating whether we got our money's worth, my daughter couldn't have cared less. She absolutely loved it. To her, it was magical. In the end, that's what matters most to me. I still think the value for the money was pretty questionable--and, honestly, it felt like quite a racket--but seeing my daughter so happy made it hard to stay cynical. It's Christmas, after all, and that joy counts for something.
