It's not your typical Chinese food place or even a typical Hakka Chinese style place. The chicken is amazing, crispy skin and delicious goodness. Today, we ordered Spicy Beef, Curry Chicken, Honey Garlic Chicken, all with Hakka Noodles and then some Hot and Sour Soup. The meats, perfectly cooked, the sauces so flavorful, we were all shaking out heads in disbelief enjoying every bite of it. Folk, I LOVE Hakka Chinese food and eat plenty in my time, but this place, is most definitely in the top of all Hakka I've experienced. I dare compare this location and Eddies Wok and Roll in Mississauga as my two most favorite local Hakkas. This will be my go to Hakka at home from here on out! These guys are incredible and I am already looking forward to my leftover lunch tomorrow. Most likely will be ordering from there again this coming weekend. Give it a try folks, you won't be disappointed!!

Today they gave us Chicken Fried Rice that tasted like vinegar & blamed us for picking it up an hour late. Every single time we've ordered from here, the food last for about 2-3 days before it starts going bad. But TODAY... today was a disappointment. Nothing but fingers being pointed at us for picking it up one hour late. Hate that I have to write this review but with the way we were spoken to on the phone is just unacceptable. This will be the last time we order from there. P.S. If you order food there & it doesn't taste fresh, it's "your fault". AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The taste was average to above average, so if you are in the area, this may be your best bet for authentic dumplings. I also got the basil chicken, which didn't taste authentic at all. It was basically an Americanized stir-fry with chicken, basil, onion, and perhaps zucchini. Taste wasn't bad, but it did not meet my expectation for a restaurant that advertised itself as authentic Chinese. I got the dumplings within 5 to 10 minutes, but the basil chicken took an extra 25 minutes of me just sitting there. It was pretty packed on a Friday evening, with one large group sitting in the middle of the restaurant.

They are plentiful and the filling is flavorful. The number 9 combo is my go to combo meal. It's a good variety, you get chicken fried rice, beef & vegetables and 3 chicken balls plus a spring roll and wonton soup for $12. Amazing value for very good quality food. I do enjoy their barbecue pork, it is leaner than I'm accustomed to but it's still very flavorful. The chicken lo mein is another go to classic for us as it's very flavorful and has a good quantity of meat, veggies and noodles. I begin to crave the Wonton soup as soon as fall hits, it's a delicious warm up.

The food quality and quantity here are fairly consistent, although the food was slightly better during our first visit. It was probably due to the time of day. The second time was also on a Saturday, but around 3:30 PM when there were fewer people. We also ordered Angus Beef and Black Truffle Rice Noodle Roll, one of their new special offerings, during the first time. It is a little pricey compared to our other place but I think it is worth the extra considering there isn't much around (as far as i know, if you have suggestions that would be great) One thing I would recommend them changing on one of thier dishes would be the shrimp fried rice. Instead of unflavoured jumbo shrimp try adding some cooked miniature shrimps, would be a lot tastier rice for sure. Still good though. If you're looking for big portions and a not so bad price, definitely check this place out! Oh and try the orange chicken, really good.
