Yesterday evening, I arrived to the store to process a quick return. I was not greeted by staff. Instead, a young brunette behind the register rudely said, "we close in ten minutes." I informed the young girl I was only returning. Minimal exchange in words, the girl processed the refund then proceeded to interrogate me about a tag. I explained, "the store I originally purchased the item from did not have a tag."
This girl lacks respect, customer service and professionalism. When I asked if there was a manager present, she points at a young blonde and smiles as if I wasn't going to get anywhere with this. Although the manager was nearby folding clothes and assisting another customer, I'm certain she could hear what was going on. When I approached the young manager, I informed her of the situation and expressed my concern for the lack of professionalism and customer service received by the employee. I also suggested the young brunette could benefit from coaching. The manager completely disregards my concerns and rudely continues to direct me to the return policy on the receipt and escalate the situation. I left Calvin Klein feeling bullied and disappointed. Is this what Calvin Klein stands for? I hope this review reaches higher management and both girls receive coaching. read more
