Not even a thank you... Who in the hell hires these people? Very disappointing that employees feel the need to act like that. If you don't like your job, QUIT!

We did not have very much success at this store. It was not a great experience. While I understand…read moreit is hoco season for all schools in the area, I feel like some places that typically carry a lot of stock were very unprepared for the amount of individuals who wanted dresses. The store was picked over. Much of the stock, formal dresses and casual wear, was gone. Other items were thrown about, very disorganized. I feel badly that many places are understaffed and supply seems to be at an all time low. The lines were immense. You could not even effectively walk around and look at the clothing very well. We left with nothing. We could not even find one item to attempt to try on for the season. I would not discount coming here in the future so I hope next time we need a formal or even school clothes this store will offer us more. This is not a review about any one individual. While we did not even get a chance to interact with people who work here, there are no complaints against them. I am sure it was very stressful. I hope the company will be able to restock the store sometime soon.

One staff member was very kind and tried to help by finding boxes, but another employee (possibly the manager) came out, took them out of my hands, and firmly said no. She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

Her price point is below many of the boutiques as well. She has JUDY BLUE, which is the best kind of jeans and hard to find. Her size point is great as well. I have seen sizes from XS-2XL. There is always sale items on the back racks. She does pop ups and fun sip and shops. She posts on her Facebook and IG, so I make sure to follow so I can stop up and have a mimosa and shop. :) I have ordered online and I love that it gives a description and size measurements so that I have no problems. The only shopping around I do is going from a regular Eddie Bauer to the Outlet. I used to have to trek up to Birch Run to visit the Outlet, but now they've moved one closer to home and I couldn't be happier. The store is fed by the left overs from the non-outlet stores in the area, which if you shop Eddie Bauer like I do then you know that the Oakland Mall store and the Somerset Mall store do not carry the same things, but at the Outlet you'll get some from each. The staff are always helpful, the selection always good and the "take an additional 70% off the lowest marked price" section always packed. Perfect!
