First a small precursor; I had an unfortunate Funeral to go to. So I walked into the closet and put…read morethe suit on... it didn't fit! Not even close (I blame the wife's good cooking). But I went to the store in a rushed/bad mood. So rushing out the door I head to Men's Warehouse over on Baldwin. I walk in the door and am immediately greeted by Mr. Torre Brown. I explained my situation and that I'd like a two button black or charcoal suit. He quickly took my measurements and Pulled a few suits. He was very patient and had great recommendations while moving through the various suit jackets. In the end, we arrived at a nice dark Charcol suit that looked great. Feeling cheeky and happy with the current service as well as the small amount of time spent in the store so far. I elected to go for the buy one get one free deal that's always going on it seems (Not complaining here). He quickly brought out a few suits and I immediately went for a lighter gray with large check pattern. Sold! looked very nice. Torre being the salesman that he is also pulled a sports coat that was clearance from 300.00 to 150.00 and discovered I also had other possible discounts possible for said Sports jacket due to the current amount currently being spent and item combination being bought. The end result was a very nice sports coat for 70.00. A coat that my wife loves! by the way. In total, I sent about 1000.00 on two suits, one sports coat, two ties, and a fitted shirt. Suits were on the higher end for Men's warehouse. I saved 980.00 and earned another 100.00 of in-store credit. This 100.00 ended up going towards another sports jacket that was again 300.00 clearance to 150.00. Add the 100.00 credit and I walked away with another nice Jacket for 50.00 bucks! All in all my first visit went great and I increased the wardrobe for future events. Now comes my suit pickups (after tailoring) Torre put me ahead of the line and I had the Dark Charcol suit done in 2 days. It fit great and off I went, pretty uneventful visit but just what I needed considering the current family situation. My third visit for the last suit, however, had a small issue (Not all things come to a perfect ending). My suit was scheduled to arrive the next day instead of what was written on the slip (no suit for me today). The product of poor hand writing or reading (pick one). Torre being a standup kind of Man explained the situation, took full blame and credited me for my time (I asked for no credit, He simply wanted to ensure I was happy). I have no issue with this and appreciated the honest/professional way he handled the situation. I will be picking the suit up tomorrow and am still very happy. The one issue that happened was handled so well it prompted me to actually write a review (this is not the norm for me). The quality of clothing seems to be up from a few years ago with more options for a younger crowd (Men's Warehouse isn't for just grandpa anymore), the team is very patient and knowledgeable. On all of my visits, I had multiple salesmen/saleswomen ask me if I was being helped. I see some negative comments bellow. I would entice you all who had a bad experience with this location to try again next time your in the need for a suit or classic men's attire. These issues seem to have been resolved from my experience these past few weeks. TLDR; Excellent service and professionalism. I enjoyed my visit and the deals I received. Clothing quality seems up from a few years ago as well as selection.

I accepted the position excited to learn, grow, and build a career with the company. Instead, I found myself in an environment where I felt criticized far more often than I was coached. The turning point came when I scheduled a meeting with the store manager, Kelly, because I genuinely wanted feedback on how I could become more successful in my role. I expected a conversation about performance, training, and development. Instead, I was repeatedly told that several situations reflected "character flaws." As someone who asked for feedback, that was both surprising and discouraging. One mistake involved accidentally miscounting a register by $10 while exchanging bills. At the time, I was told it was a common mistake that even experienced employees make. Later, that same incident was used as evidence of a "character flaw." I also took accountability for other mistakes throughout training because I wanted to learn, but I often felt my honesty was met with criticism instead of coaching. The training itself was inconsistent. I often felt I was expected to know procedures that had never been fully explained. Assistant Manager Deb spent much more time pointing out mistakes than teaching me how to avoid them. Ironically, the person I learned the most from was another Keyholder, Jazmyne, who had only been hired about a week before I was. She was patient, helpful, and willing to answer questions whenever I asked. I was also told that my appearance was "more Forever 21 than Brooks Brothers." If there were concerns about dress code or brand standards, I believe those expectations could have been communicated professionally without making personal comparisons. After serving several years in the United States Army, I understand accountability, discipline, and receiving constructive criticism. I have never expected special treatment. However, there is a difference between coaching an employee to improve and making comments about their character. After being informed that I would be demoted from Keyholder to Sales Associate, I reflected on my experience and chose to resign. While resigning was my decision, I did not feel I could continue in an environment where I no longer felt respected, supported, or fairly evaluated. I hope Brooks Brothers reviews the training and leadership practices at this location. Employees deserve clear expectations, consistent coaching, and respectful communication--especially when they are genuinely trying to succeed. For days after that meeting, I carried the weight of what was said to me. I felt ashamed, disappointed in myself, and even questioned whether the comments about my character were true. Those words had a real impact on me. After taking time to reflect, I realized that no employee should leave a performance discussion feeling personally diminished for seeking guidance. That realization is why I chose to speak up. I am not sharing my experience because I am unwilling to accept feedback or accountability. I am speaking up because I believe there is a difference between coaching an employee and making personal judgments about their character. I refuse to walk away believing that asking for help, making mistakes while learning, or seeking to improve makes me fundamentally flawed. I will not go through my career with my head down because of one manager's opinion. Not for Brooks Brothers, and not for anyone. I hope sharing my experience encourages the company to reflect on how feedback is delivered so that future employees are developed with respect, professionalism, and dignity.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

My sister said she bought sweat pants from here last time and they were really good quality. She washed them multiple times and the sweat pants were still soft. The only issue I had was with the bra section. I saw a sign that said $4 but the bra I found said $7. Near the register I asked a worker and they said the manager should be able to help. I talked to the manager and she was kinda rude. She just said it was probably $7 because it was a bigger size. She neglected to listen to me when I told her the sign said $4 though. She just dismissed me. When I went to the self checkout it rang up as $4!! Iaughed because of that. In order to leave the checkout you have to scan your receipt as well.
