This is our 3rd time using Xtreme Pest Control! Our first time was in 2016. We had such a bad ant problem. Couldn't sleep without an ant crawling on you in the middle of the night. If anyone left any crumbs on the floor, you bet there will be ants on that crumb within 1/2 hour or so. You can have a cookie tripled saran wrap and the ants ants will find it. We had one table that was safe from ants, but once the ants figured that out, it was time to call for help!! Jose came over, applied some gel around all our cabinet areas, sink openings, outlets, etc and also sprayed outside. We haven't had to use them again until 2020. This time around, we started seeing just a few ants and didn't want to take a chance so just called them back out just to make sure. I mean, once every 4 years is awesome! I would use once/year if need be. The price is very reasonable!! The other time we used them was in 2017 for our rental house. Our tenant complained about ants everywhere but after Jose came out, we haven't heard a peep about ants since then!! I highly recommend Jose! I have referred him and no complaints yet! Prices are reasonable and best of all it works!! Jose is very accommodating and very punctual! He comes out every other month and sprays outside (we don't have to be home) , and since, we haven't had any more problems with our pincher bug friends. He's very receptive to our issues , so when we were having problems with spiders, he changed up the chems , arranged to spray in the house before our next scheduled spraying and now we are free of those guys too! You may want to make sure, If you have pets, to keep them away at least Until the chems are dry .. Probably about an hour or so, otherwise no smells, residue, nothing. My husband and I moved into our new home in Escondido two months ago, after fumigating the house there were ants everywhere!! They found all the dead flies and termites from the fumigation. Highly recommend!! (Side note, I RARELY write reviews!) We had tried in vain to get rid of the gophers in our yard for one year too many. We finally got tired of this and decided to call a professional. Jose didn't require a contract and his services were very reasonable. He came out for an initial treatment, and then was back the next week to do follow-up. We decided to keep his monthly services for gopher removal and bi-monthly services for spider/other insect prevention. The pricing is incredibly reasonable. When we see gopher activity (VERY rare now) we email him and he responds quickly and takes care of the new activity. Our lawn is finally not infested with gophers!
