Then, I called around 10 times to mcvean laser just to tell them i m late and tried to cancel or text them but their phone was not working, nothing worked. Then I drive 30 min from mississauga to mcvean just to tell the situation and lady marta said I cannot help youas you need to message on instagram but she said I am available feb 21 just ask them once. I messaged them they were unable to help me and they deducted my $50 also which is very unaffair and even they weere asking for more$25 to reschedule my appointment. Is this is your customer service. This is how u treat your regular and returning clients. I feel soo bad atleast try to understand the situation. they just need money
