I learned so much in such a short amount of time about skincare, and I will never step foot outside again without sunscreen on my face. SPF 30 at minimum don't get it twisted. The LED mask on my face also had me floatin!! This place is owned and operated by 2 Greek sisters who are both such a vibe, think they will be famous at some point in the near future. Their attention to detail, customer service, and knowledge about general wellness is unmatched. Need to get back to Kleinburg ASAP just to get another facial here!

I did a fair amount of research before deciding on coming back here for cumulative treatment. What I like about this place specifically is that it's in effect a "no frills" clinic. I.e, it's high value because you'll pay less than other higher end places, but still get the same service. The space is extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff are decent. For half the price, I might be giving up a grand entrance and multiple staff swooning over me, but when i'm anticipating 15+ laser sessions, the cost differential just wins for me.

You arrive, fill a waiver, then you sit with a consultant who takes pictures of your skin and y'all discuss. Generally speaking, it's a good open experience to see what's on your face. They don't price attack you to make you feel like you need to buy stuff. It's a free consultation with recommendations. Then if you are doing the service, you go to another room and communicate with your person. Mine was Kayla and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. Told me to take pictures for my own benefit and I got 29 units of Dysport onto my forehead. I plan to go back as we discussed working across smile lines and eyes.

When I came for my appointment I was booked for a different location. So I essentially showed up at the wrong clinic. when I asked if I could still come to the correct one she told me no it's fully booked for the rest of the day. Fine! she than offers me another date for next week. I tell her I will let her know if I can later. I call back and ask if she has any appointments available. she expresses she has availability for Tommorow. (Which is different from what she told me before) I than state I don't know if you recognize my voice I'm the one you spoke to earlier with the kenalog appointment. She paused than she says I have to PAY a deposit for my next appointment because I cancelled the last one. When I expressed I didn't cancel anything you gave me no indication you had two different locations. she cut me off and said "well that's fine the deposit is 50 dollars". Extremely unprofessional. Since I heard this clinic has a good deal on kenalog injections I paid the deposit . Literally on the day of my appointment she cancels saying I can not get my injections because the nurse is sick. She than gives me the date she initially gave me the first time she called me. Seems pretty clear to me she lied about sooner availability to snatch a deposit out of me.
