A Truly Wonderful Experience Every Time!!…read more I've been coming here for years, and I can't say enough good things about both the location and my massage therapist, Jennifer . The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming--perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding. My massage therapist is absolutely incredible--professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. She always know exactly what my body needs, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a moment to reset. Every session feels personalized and restorative. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care and attention. I'm so grateful to have found this gem and will continue coming back for years to come!

I told the masseuse I want full body but to focus on my neck, lower back and hips. She spent the whole time talking about her Egyptian boyfriend that she's been with for a month, which distracted her from what she was doing. Next thing you know my hour was up and she only got to my back and lower legs? She never touched my hips, neck, thighs, lower back, arms etc. This was the worst massage I ever had and I could've got my little cousins to do a better job. Each time I asked her to apply pressure she told me it's too difficult for her because I'm on my side. I'm obviously on my side because I'm pregnant and it's a prenatal massage. I'm not someone that's hard to please at all but I did inform the front desk it's a disappointment that I have to pay for that type of service. The front desk didn't bother to ask me any questions or seem to care, they just said to have a nice day. I was looking forward to that massage all week because of these pregnancy pains...I still left there in pain and $120 less in my pocket lol not a good experience at all and I won't be returning. ...not to mention, their new rooms are as bright as they're shown in the pictures here. If you're like me and prefer the room to be dim and relaxing you won't enjoy that part.

The finished product looked great but I didn't realize until I got home that she didn't properly exfoliate my feet. The nail polish chipped within days. Talk about cheap products!! Two weeks after I removed the nail polish from my nails, I realized that the tech ruined my nails. Firstly, she buffed them incorrectly so there were scratches and slight grooves on the surfaces of my nails. My nails were not like that before she did my manicure. Secondly the cheap nail polish she used stained my nails pink. I went into another nail salon to see if they could fix the damage to my nails. Even the technician looked in shock when she saw the shoddy work that was done on them. I will never go back. I can't believe I tipped these guys. P.S just so you know they double dipped with the cuticle oil just as I was finished my pedi knowing full well that the brush was used on other people's feet. Trust me I won't go back

I have had many facials before.. this lady was so rude she was telling me my face is so bad and asking me if my lips are real 500 times. She barely steamed my face.. she did microdermabrasion for five mins and then starting hacking at my face like she was mad. She only did half of my face. Very judgmental and rude. This place is so unprofessional with no manners. I do not recommend at all for facial. My face was bruised and bleeding afterwards I have been doing home remedy masks to Get it back to normal. I've had CiCi and Ava who did a good job, especially when I agreed for them to walk on my back, it really helped! Although I went with a friend who had the opposite experience. She was in a room directly infront of the reception counter, so her massager decided to leave the door half open so she could talk to the receptionist while she worked....taking away from the relaxing experience all together, and removing the privacy factor... So again, kinda hit or miss, but I've gotten used to the place so I guess I'm keep going back for now to see if it improves in service.

The only downside was I found the room to be cold. The blankets were not heated. The masseuse, a medical aesthetician, did an excellent job. She also did my manicure and pedicure but it wasn't her strong suit. I'm personally not picky about my nails so it was fine for me, but someone looking for a luxury mani/pedi may want to venture elsewhere. Otherwise, a beautiful spa and I'd come back for another massage.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the Chinese gentleman at the front desk, who I believe may be the owner. Before leaving my house, I carefully counted my cash and brought the exact amount needed for the massage. When I handed him the money, he did not count it in front of me. A few seconds later, he came back and claimed that I was $10 short. I am certain I gave the exact amount, so I believe I was unfairly charged an extra $10. The situation felt dishonest and very upsetting. In my opinion, he handled the payment in an unprofessional way, and I felt as though I had been taken advantage of. Guys be very careful when paying cash make sure to count in front of them before leaving the counter. On the other hand, the female receptionist I spoke with was kind, polite, and helpful. I hope that if I return for another massage with Jessica, I won't have to deal with the same gentleman again because this experience left a very bad impression.

Next up for a 60-shiatsu comparison review is OK! Going by…read morethe number of reviews, this place is super popular. I went during the xmas break and, like everywhere else in Chinatown, it was super busy I suppose with many people off work. I went upstairs to check in, and they led me downstairs, which was quiet and appeared to be an overflow area for when it was too busy upstairs. Lily was ok with English, and quite skilled too. I now know to ask for the pressure at the beginning if they don't ask, and she was good with heavy pressure, although not quite as intense as at XiangXiang. She also seemed to know where to apply pressure that would do the most good for me. I found that a good masseuse will know where the pressure is needed, without having to ask. The pacing was pretty good, although she was interrupted a couple times with admin but given how busy it was, it seemed not overly disruptive. She also seemed to have her eye on a surveillance monitor which was in the room, allowing them to keep watch on several different areas of the business. I haven't seen this anywhere else, but was understandable with how intense this place can get. I see that Yelp lists them as open until 10:30 pm which is at least an hour later than anywhere else, although I didn't confirm the hours during my visit. Overall a great experience and I will consider them in my top tier.
