The first thing that comes to mind when I think of this particular Calloway's Nursery is customer service. On my recent visit here I was taken back by how many times I was engaged by employees who offered assistance. In a world where many businesses seem to be digressing from customer service, I found Calloway's attention to it quite refreshing. I was also impressed by the huge selection they had here. They had great selections for every area in my yard, whether it be shady, sunny, or somewhere in between. In addition to plants, they had gloves, yard tools, decor, and more! Pretty much almost anything you could need. They also had some pretty cool moss birdhouses, one of which came home with me! Calloway's has fairly reasonable prices, on most things. The manager, Sam, did the kindest most heartfelt thing. The plant is beautiful and wrote me a note apologizing for barbara, an employee there, that was so rude to me.
