This review is based off of a few things. First, I made an appointment for just a gel manicure where it was just shaping and polish. I made an appointment and everything was timely. I arrived at 4:15 and was done by 4:50 which was great! The stars in this review are really for Ivy who was wonderful! She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I picked a color for my nails and it looked a little lighter on. After the first coat, she asked if I liked the color and I mentioned I was hoping it would be darker. She immediately let me pick a new color and made sure I was happy with my nails from the shape to the color every step of the way. The space looks lovely. She mentioned the head spa which could be fun to try next time. Thanks Ivy! read more

Very clean and modern nail salon with great prices -- a regular pedicure was $38 with a vast array of color selections. My pedicure was meticulous and relaxing. I liked how they had amenities including drinks and candy near the nail drying station. Will be back! read more

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I made an appointment the day before for a GelX appointment & I was beyond impressed with the result. Lion made my experience so enjoyable & his attention to detail and care for his talent was evident. Will be back to visit Lion for sure! read more

First time coming to Calla and I was impressed. I'm just starting to get my nails done regularly, but have been to a few places recently. Appointment was scheduled for 10am, but they texted around 8am that I could come in earlier, so I did! I met with Ivy who was so kind and welcoming to me. She explained some other services they offered and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the whole process. It was very clean in the salon and I loved the music they were playing! A very relaxed vibe. I got the gel removal and new gel service with no mother manicure services. Ivy tried to salvage my nails that, in all honesty, were in horrible shape when I showed up to her! She did a great job! Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience at Calla and am glad to have found a place close to home that I can come to! Thank you, Ivy! read more

Service was friendly but I wasn't impressed by the manicure I received. My nails weren't shaped well and the polish was applied sloppily. The place seemed clean and well maintained overall, but I'm not sure I'd return for a manicure. I do hope to try the head spa services in the near future. read more

In town for the next few months off and on. Was looking for a luxury nail salon with good work whether gel, gelx or acrylic. I stumbled across Calla Nails on yelp and they look like just the right spot to try out. I texted the 24/7 text number the night prior to get a soak off and a new set acrylic appointment with Hannah and a gel removal on my toes with a CBD pedicure as well. Both were absolutely great. You can tell Hannah takes pride in her nails and she was nice to chat with. Ryan did a great job on my pedicure and gave a relaxing foot massage. Will def be a go to spot whenever I am in town these next few months. They also offer head spa services that look interesting. May have to try that as well! The shop itself is easy to find, plentiful parking, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. read more

Unfortunately I could give myself a better pedicure than what I received. Polish was great but removal of dead skin lacked which is the point. Paid $60. read more

My hair before for reference. DO NOT DO NOT go here for a head spa. I left with DREADS in my hair. As I stood there sobbing in the lobby, the lady had me check out and pay $110. I should have walked out but in my hysterics I couldn't think straight. I have to cut 5" off my hair. I haven't stopped crying. I never knew a service like this could go this wrong. Please please please do not give them any service. Update: owner refuses to refund me. Says they're human (I do get that, but I went to a head spa to relax and have rejuvenated hair not have a haircut against my will), and says I no showed two times and they still saw me so I should be happy. It's unbelievable. read more

Also I did the HAIR SPA treatment and oh my gosh I felt so relaxed and especially now when I'm pregnant where I need a place to decompress and they did such a lovely job. Very pleased and I will be back again read more

Second time I've tried...disappointing! Had to ask for a redo on my pedi cuz their top coat was bad... And second time around is about the same cuz he still used it. I will be going somewhere else to get a redo, unacceptable. And you should play relaxing music, not rap or hip hop. No one was there when I came in. Best of Luck. read more

Finally, a first class nail and beauty salon that has fair, reasonable prices, and an outstanding level of service. Linda & Brian do an excellent job of making sure that every time I walk out, I feel like 1 million bucks! read more

This is my first review on a nail place. I loved Calla Nails and strongly recommend this place. Hana is so nice and talented, and did exactly what I wanted. Most of the places either don't do the designs I want, or do something other than what I want, but Hana did it right away and did amazing on my nails. I have booked my appointment for a hair massage too, so I will see how that goes! read more

Went for the 60 min head spa service. Hannah was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The service was relaxing and lovely. My hair feels so soft! I recommend going in with no makeup and don't plan on going anywhere immediately after. read more

Pretty good service since according to the review and research still brand new around this area. Customer service is a 5, but not the force gratuity tip (talk about Asian people with their slide of hands trick since my friend was going to tip) for 170 (x2) 90 minute session with two people. This is my honest review. Anymore complaint like this your better business bureau probably will do their job. read more

I have always seen hair spas on social media, and this salon now offers all of those services exactly as they appear online. I did the 60 minute hair spa service, and it exceeded my expectations! They use up the entire time, great massage and thorough shampoo and mini facial, a cup of tea, and they blow dry your hair. So peaceful and calming. The products are high quality and smell so good. Hannah is so kind and the salon is so beautiful and clean. I highly recommend! Great service and value - I live downtown but it was also an easy drive. read more

Jason has given me the best looking nails I have had ever since my go-to manicurist moved to Las Vegas. I hope they soon get more traffic so that my new favorite place doesn't have to close. P.s. My first time there I had Linda do my nails. I personally didn't care for her work. Only reason why I'm saying this is to convince you to not judge a salon based of one service given by one person. Give this place a try, trust read more

My friend and I were able to make last minute reservations and they were very nice and welcoming. The inside of the salon is very pretty and luxurious, with bright lights and lots of reflective surfaces. Everything looked very clean and tidy. We got seated right away and they got started on our pedicures. The staff was very friendly! I just got a basic color on my toes, but the TV displayed pictures of very artistic nail designs they've done, so I do want to come back and try something fun! read more

This was chaotic and slow. There were a ton of people working but from what I could tell only one guy who knows how to do nails. And that same guy makes every decision for every person. All other workers were there to cover until he can get to you. read more

I called at 11:30 and they told me to come in for a 1:00 appointment. I got there early at 12:45 and checked in, and they only spoke to say check in. At 1:20 I left and they still hadn't spoken to us or to update us on how long it would be . I Would not recommend. They're not friendly, 45 min drive to not get service. read more

The pictures you see on social media and on Yelp aren't their actual work (Google them).Their nails are basic at the very least. Their establishment is very beautiful, elegant, and clean but is wasted on the quality of work I received. There is absolutely nothing that sets them apart from the rest. Plus, their gel polish selection is very minimal at best. Nude or brown is my favorite color and every color had a pink undertone. The acrylic is uneven, the length is uneven, the acrylic is thick, and the nail art is Juvenile. At the time of booking which was online I selected Traci, but when I arrived to my appointment male did my nails. I will not be back nor will I refer any of my friends or associates. read more

Brand new salon...barely week into their Grand Opening. Used to go to a place for almost 5 yrs but thought I'd give this place a try. Hate to say it but I found a new place and a nail tech that I love. Prices are very reasonable. Give the place a try...you wound be disappointed. Until the end of February , they are running a 20% off all services. read more

Had a great experience and my pedicure looks great. my only warning would be that the prices seem to be a little off from the website when you book. But only by a couple dollars. Last time I added a service to my pedicure and this time it was twice as much so that was a little annoying. Overall though, I think they are just getting the kinks worked out. The service was great. Salon is clean. People are friendly. read more
