My reservations were predominantly based on the pandemic and not wanting to shine a negative light on any business during these challenging times. However, I've decided to write the review because the public needs to know. I called for a taxi, and it arrived in the 10-minute estimate they'd provided over the phone. When I got in, the driver was wearing a mask and seemed to be wrapping up a conversation. As he was using his headphone and hadn't removed his mask, I did not mind. As we proceeded to my destination, the driver was using his phone. He was reading and typing his mobile device to the extent that he, at more than once instance, was driving in the middle of the road straddling two lanes. I then noticed that the driver's window was rolled down. I was freezing, and I asked that he please close it. He let me know that it was better to have the window down because ventilation is "better for the covid." Not wanting to catch a cold, I insisted he close it, and he did. Then, much to my chagrin, he changes the radio station no less than 10 times. All the while looking down at the radio, again, taking his eyes off the road. When we arrived at my destination, I paid $20 cash for the $10.25 fare. The driver asks, "Are you good, or do you want me to give you change?" The audacity! I figured I'd take the moral high ground and reserve what would have been an unsavoury response and told him to give me back $5. As he did, he asked, "What? You want back more?" To which I did not reply. Save yourself the headache and an unprofessional experience. Call a more refined car service.

While I can't speak for the whole company itself, my experience was not great. I called through…read morethe App for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to change a booking on the app and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes, however it took way longer than that (around 45 mins), so I decided to cancel the booking through the app. I couldn't see where the driver was either through the tracker on my phone. So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! Over the next month, they periodically did not have a driver available at the required pickup time and showed up late. In the last two weeks they completely stranded her. I get a call 10 minutes before the pickup time that they "have no drivers", which is not helpful as I live in Toronto and cannot find anyone to take her on such short notice. This company advertised 24x7 service in Grimsby, but it appears they can't actually provide that level of service. it also seems that the drivers get to choose whether to take a fare or not, so some are choosing not to accept the fare even though it was prebooked several months ago. I have called in several times and requested that a manager or supervisor contact me, and no one ever calls back. I strongly recommend staying away from this company as they seem to feel that actually being able to provide the service is out of their control.
