While I can't speak for the whole company itself, my experience was not great. I called through the App for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to change a booking on the app and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes, however it took way longer than that (around 45 mins), so I decided to cancel the booking through the app. I couldn't see where the driver was either through the tracker on my phone. So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! I paid out of frustration as their policies do not indicate a $25 charge anywhere ($10, if anything) or that you cannot cancel through the app if you called. https://seveneleventaxi.ca/terms-of-service/ I spoke with customer service and their only reply was that they needed to update their policies. On Sunday, December 8, 2019, we experienced terrible service from Seven Eleven Taxi Company. During the evening of Saturday, December 7, I had requested a taxi for 7 am Sunday for a trip to the airport. The dispatcher also confirmed that there would be a wake up call. The wake up call did not occur. When I called in the morning, there was only a host of excuses. The taxi did not arrive. Numerous calls were made to your company regarding the missing taxi. We were again given excuses that the driver was outside the condo. We were outside the condo from 6:50 am and there was no taxi, even at 7:20 am! We were also told that the driver was at the back of the condo which is impossible! Only residents can access the back of the condo building. When he finally arrived, over 30 minutes late, he was driving south on Lisa Street toward our condo, which indicated he had been lying to us regarding his location. I will post this report and I will not take a chance on your company again. read more

RUDE OPERATOR! The operator is so sooo rude! She had said the cab will be at the requested location within 10 minutes, and I kept waiting for 20 minutes in such freeezing cold (dec Canada...you can imagine). When I called, she was rude out of nowhere...I was polite, also it was freezing I could hardly talk much (especially since I am an auto accident patient). She kept saying, 'you should be thankful we are helping you get somewhere....everyone waits, we don't advertise saying we will be there in a few minutes'...but whatever happend to reliability? Any bsn has to try an deliver their promise and be POLITE and RESPECTFUL. I was still being polite, because unlike her I had a good upbringing. I was visiting for a friend's wedding in Toronto one weekend. I used 7 11 taxi and will never be using it again. Uber is the way to go. The cab driver double charged me for the ride after saying my credit card payment did not go through (which it did) and had us pay cash. Called the company to sort out the issue and blatantly said they could not help me. Very unimpressed with Toronto cab drivers. read more
