Pre-booked an early morning pickup the day prior going from Guelph to YFK. The taxi did not show up…read moreat the arranged time. Called the dispatcher who said all of the cabs were tied up and one would come once they were free. Cab showed up over 20 minutes late. We arrived at the airport too late for our flight. Cost over $2,200 for two new plane tickets. The taxi company owner would not take any responsibility for the cab not showing up on time. Said that even a pre-arranged pick up time is not a guarantee.

I fully trust the cab drivers to: get me home, be respectful and be honest. I am very happy with Canadian Cab's wonderful service. I have used this Taxi service, for a while. I was impressed enough that I decided to have a family account, for anytime we might need them ; they will be there. On more than one occasion' they have been there, for many tims.

Called Canadian Cab's well-known competitor after my 40 minutes of pointless waiting, and the familiar red and yellow cab pulled up in front of me in 5. Driver was friendly and very interesting to chat with. I gave him a generous tip for the pleasant journey. Won't be calling Canadian Cab ever again.
