Booked a few days ahead to have my mom picked up from a nursing home and taken to a restaurant in Burlington at a set time for her 94th Birthday Party. I had also booked the return time from the restaurant back to the nursing home. I called 3:15pm, the pickup time, just to make sure the cab was on the way and told yes. At 3:30 pm I called and was told it was running late, he was just dropping off another passenger and would be another 15 mins or so. At 3:55pm I called again and the same gentleman now told me he couldn't help me and he was putting me through to dispatch!!!!!! Dispatch tells me she is trying to find a cab for us and could be another 20/30mins but no guarantee. I then cancelled the cab. Very sad that my mom was unable to attend a party in her honour. If you are going to take bookings ahead, or offer any pick up service for people in a wheel chair then have the decency to follow through. There was no understanding and just a very callus and uncaring response on their end. Michelle Lamb I just read your reply to my post above, that is the poorest pass the buck response you could have possibly written! This is your responsibility, period. Your company took and confirmed my bookings and then strung me along with lies it would seem now. Maybe you can address that instead of deflecting blame! Worst taxi ever! First use was $20 for a 5 minute walk. Second almost use, after a one hour wait, dispatch swore at me. Said no cab is coming for me and hung up on me. Use anything but Blueline. read more

When I called to arrange the taxi, the lady couldn't have been nicer. The driver was sent out ... very pleasant gentleman and the car was clean, his driving was great and he too was very friendly. Overall I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Thanks for being there when I needed a taxi. read more

Awful service and rude drivers who can barely drive. One of their cars almost ran my son over in his stroller. I called to speak to a manager and never heard anything back.
