Always on time and clean cabs although there are some that are a little dirty. I also like there Motto that diversity is our strength!

Great experience with Omar cab 427 this evening after being picked up at fortinos on Dundurn. Such a lovely and polite young man. terrible service ,ordered a cab for early morning pick up to the airport and received a call 15 mins before the pick up time to say they couldn't pick me up ,what am I supposed to do now at 02-30 hrs to find something else ,told me they don't pick up in Jarvis but sent me an e-mail the day before to authorize my credit card ,so why did they leave it until the last minute to tell me absolutely terrible service would never use them again doesn't even deserve 0ne star read more

I had a ride from the Hamilton airport to my home in Niagara Falls booked for two weeks. It was the first time I had used this service. I registered for the app; the company had my credit card information. All was apparently fine. My flight home was delayed. I phoned the company, changed the scheduled pickup time and I soon thereafter actually communicated with the driver. The driver was waiting for me (at 1 a.m. - I was so happy) and we had a great trip home. During the trip, I asked if I had prepaid for the trip. He said yes and I told him that I had already added a tip. The driver was a wonderful man. We seemed to hit it off well. He took our bags to the door when we got home and he took off. A while later he was at my door asking me to speak to somebody at Hamilton cab. There had been confusion. The I trip was not paid for, would I pay the driver through his handheld device. Of course I did, and added a 20% tip. Today, the morning after, I find a voice mail from an angry person at the company end threatening to call the police if I don't pay the driver. WHATT?? I am extremely upset. These guys clearly don't know how to run a business. read more

Would leave zero stars if I could. Booked a cab a week early on the App to the airport. Called dispatch once cab was already 20 min late to check status and they said it will still be an hour. They simply said nothing could be done. Terrible service. Ended up missing the flight. read more

I used to use this companies cabs all the time. Not anymore after today. I called a cab for my husband to get to the doctors after pulling out his back. The driver refused to put his walker in the trunk even though it easily fit. Also last week I called for a wheel chiar cab at the Ron Joyce center to get my disabled son home. After about 25 minutes they sent a normal car, no good for us. I called back and they said it was their computers fault and they would send another one soon. I waited another 30 minutes and another CAR showed up. At this point we were waiting for a hour so I told the driver to go and I called blue line. 10 minutes later I was hiome read more

I called early for a cab needed for 3:15 am. for an early hospital test. The car was 25 minutes late. When I called for a return cab the app said 6 minutes but I waited 1/2 hour. When the driver arrived he insisted he would need to take me to another location where I would have to change cars. I refused and exited the car. I called and reported the incident. A new car was sent in short order but the return trip cost over $4.00 more on the same route. None of the cars had the identification numbers listed on the website and only two of the drivers had the name listed. I would not recommend this company! read more

I used the app to book a car for an airport drop off at 4:30 am. At about 4:32 I thought I would call and check that it was on its way, as I had not received a text telling me so. The dispatcher said that even though they had my order (from 24 hours earlier), there were no cars and they had to find a car for us. A cab FINALLY arrived at 4:50. Thank GOD I called. When I asked the dispatcher if a car would have come if I hadn't called, she was incapable of responding honestly. Next time Uber. This service SUCKS. read more

So earlier today November 12th 2018...I'd say around 3:30pm we called Hamilton Cab for a pickup. As soon as we hang up we realize we forgot to mention we had a dog. We immediately call right back give them our name and pickup location and tell them we have a medium sized puppy.... dispatch says okay we'll cancel and reissue a driver, okay great. We wait about 10 to 15 minutes and we get a message saying your cab is on it's way. After another 20 minutes still nothing so we call back to a)ask where they are and b) cancel to call another company. And dispatch tells us the call was already cancelled. So we waited close to an hour just to have them cancel the call by themselves and not even tell us. Praise to blue line taxi for saving us from the cold. NEVER going to use Hamilton cab again. Last time the guy never shut up about how much he hates dogs and even called his dispatch to tell them he hates them and to never send him out to another one while I'm in the cab with him..... blue lines driver today was terrified of dogs but he picks them up anyway and was courteous and wonderful read more

So, on January 9th at 11:34 AM, my 16 yo daughter had a problem with one of your drivers. (White Toyota cab # 99 Driver name Akhtar). I called for a few days and finally managed to get hold of Jagtar the CEO, who defended his driver and said he would talk to his driver and call me back. Still hasn't bothered to do that. My daughter was calling a cab daily to pick her up at Shopper's at Center Mall and take her to school before lunch. She was off for 2 weeks because of Christmas break. Her first day back, January 9th, she called a cab and they sent Akhtar. He pulled up in front of the loading docks (instead of the front doors?) and as she was walking towards the cab he started yelling at her. She couldn't hear what he was saying until she got closer. He was ranting about ' because of the incident with you last week, I'm not driving you' . He immediately rolled up his windows and refused to explain or give her a chance to explain that he was obviously mistaken. When she reached to open the back door, he locked his doors, glared at her for a few minutes and then drove away. Thankfully Blueline was able to get there quickly so she didn't have to be late for school. We very rarely have any problems with Hamilton Cab, I believe this is probably an isolated incident, but this should have been handled very differently on your end. Absolutely disappointed by this extremely poor customer service, especially considering we we're calling cabs a minimum of 10 times a week. read more
